HORRIBLE!!!!.................F- VERY DISAPPOINTING WORK If you want to have problems with your repair and never get off the phone this is the place to go. this is the first and only time I will take my vehicle for repair. After being involved in a motor vehicle accident I asked for my truck to be taken there because it seem as a professional business. nevertheless I was soon to find out the truth after my truck was appraised i was given a due date well what could i do just wait i was in a rental payed by my ins co. when the due date came i was told it was not ready as they had "trouble getting some parts" since I still had rental days it was ok with me , i suppose i did not have a choice. then again the due date came along still not done with my truck i ws told the next day.....next day came along still not ready by this time i was out of a rental. have in mind that car rental co. give you max 30 days with a rental. I had to almost beg for them to give me a rental because by this time every time i was called to pick up my truck the work was so dirty....literally the paint was not fully cleaned still had some white stuff they buff it with..buffer i suppose. second time around to pick up my vehicle the worse nightmare of a customer, after taking it on a test drive, I parked it and for some reason i looked under the truck OIL WAS DRIPPING. They did not know if it was motor oil, brake fluid, power steering or what not . thats when i told them i had to have a rental with hesitation I was given one. D-day came again i was told it was a brake line that was twisted also because on that test drive every time i press on the brake the truck would swing side ways not alot but you could feel it- was kinda weird. any how i was told it was that break line which i woul think if they would have inspected right they would find it in the beginning. so then I pick up my vehicle after 1.5 months in the shop payed my deductible and go my marry day and hope NEVER TO SEE THEM AGAIN for my surprise three days later the A/C stopped cooling !!!!!! took it back again they said they under charged it waited for 2hrs in the waiting room to recharge it. then again went off hoping never to step on those premises again. THEN....3 months later my wife called me at work telling me she was driving back home from the store when the vehicle turned off in the middle of the road had my 3 yr old daughter on the back my wife was very scared that she could have an accident well how is this related? when i got to where she was. just like any one would do check battery, battery terminals etc. as it seem to be an electrical problem. put some jumper cables on and after several minutes it turned over. took it to the local oreallys to find ou if it was the battrey or alternator ....it was the alternator..one of the parts that was replaced or so i was told by FRANK SMITH COLLISION CENTER. So i called explained my saga they said "just bring it over and we can take a look at it" before then i had told them them if was unable to turn on.....my wife pushed the truck with our other car ...which now has damage on the front bumper. i was told that they could not help me with a towing truck because it was not their problem basically i need to take the truck on my own expense to get it repaired on a faulty part they installed. lesson learned NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FRANK SMITH TOYOTA COLLISION CENTER. Im sure there are good experiences with other customers but given the trouble and inconvenience i went Im certain they are selfish people who dont care about their customer or at least dont have empathy for them. At the end of the day it is your choice if you want something like this to happen to you. Learn from other peoples mistakes and dont be a victim of their CARELESSNESS and UNPROFESSIONAL MANNERS!!!!

Took my car there cause it was a preferred collision center by the insurance, my car isnt up to par and I believe I was referred there cause they take short cuts. Cosmetically my car looks fine even with the aftermarket parts, but my ca doesnt run the same, they took my car to another dealership and left me with a bill. Lesson learned. Never again.

Save your self and do not go to the Pharr Collision Center. The work is mediocre. Paint work was really bad, the paint was not glossy but rough and it had paint drips.

My mom had to take her car back 3 times! The person who was helping out my mom was very rude and disrespectful to her. I would not reccomend this place.
