I dont even know where to begin......... I was referred to this "body shop" by the insurance carrier of the person who hit my car in the first place. I didnt want to go there, but they HIGHLY encourage you go with their Preferred shop, soooo, I yielded. HUGE mistake!!! The work was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to complete. Almost 4 weeks later its "done"......... The Preferred shop they helped me select has ultimately DESTROYED my car. I would have already bought a new one by now, but they dont make my car anymore! It was a limited special edition....making this review all the more tragic! a.) While IN the shop, they "hit a pole" and had to Repair the damage Further b.) While they were buffing the car, the "buffer tore off" my gas cap and cover resulting in a new one having to be ordered and mounted. The new one does Not open easily and adds to the diminished value of my car. c.) I went to the shop to investigate matters further and found my car in the paint shop, ALL windows down, the leather seats and dashboard and components completely Covered in dust and paint overspray...to this day I cant completely remove. d.) When I first got my car back, the drivers side panel was practically falling off in my hands! I had to Return the car to have that Repaired. e.) The drivers side lock/unlock buttons were loose; repaired with remounting of the door panel f.) The Fender emblem on the side of the car was mounted DISTICTIVELY CROOKED, reordered and replaced g.) The front headlight on the drivers side was literally falling out of its mounting. Returned For Repair due to improper mounting after repairs h.) There was Standing Water under my spare tire in the hatch back due to improper mounting of rear break lights after repair. Returned for Repair. i.) Speaker in the trunk dislodged and loose after company accessed spare tire tools for repair. j.) Found paint overspray on the INSIDE of my windshield...see point (c) k.) The Cherry on the Top: After ALL NEW Damage was repaired, thankfully at no charge to me....I will give them that....My car was "washed and ready to be picked up." This was on a Friday evening. I worked late and could not get by to get it. So, they opened up on Sat morning for me to pick it up. When I arrived, they are washing it again...even though it was Just washed yesterday... The owner told me "the car got dirty overnight so they are washing it again." When I saw the car, I noted NEW ROCK CHIPS ALL OVER THE HOOD! It looked like someone had peeled out in gravel right in front of my car and caused the new damage! The paint was still peeling the damage was so new!!! The owner tried to tell me it was "existing damage" but that was NOT there when I dropped the car off! We even circled in marker all of the existing damage and this was NOT circled. The owner told me when I dropped off the car that he would take pictures of the car with the marker circles. I demanded to see the photos. They Miraculously had Disappeared!!!! Shocking!!!! This shop ultimately caused more damage than they fixed!!!! I struggle to know they are even in business! Do not Ever take you car there and dont let your friends and family take their cars there! NONE of the above information is even Slightly exaggerated!!! All true! All So Sadly True!!!!!!!! Yes, they do the work requested, but consistently mess up something else in the process.

Thank You Rhea Ralph and Sarah Had a very good experience , well as painless as possible. No one likes being separated from their vehicle, their source of travel , their Baby !! I was received with the Utmost professionalism I was impressed from the initial greeting with front staff to the final check out . Rhea initially assesed the damage . When I dropped my vehicle early one morning , was offered coffee and could see that the staff was having a Huddle or Morning meeting . This Assured me that my car was with Caring People, because communication is Number One amongst a Dream Team . Ralph was the technician that was my contact , to go, person that would oversee my vehicles repair. Sara would be the young lady that answered the phone and addressed all of my concerns and questions or lead me to Ralph , who returned my calls or e mailed me promptly. I was E mailed daily or every other day with the status of my vehicle repair . At the Pick Up . Rhea helped me with final info on what was repaired and did final walk thru. The actual body work on my vehicle was Perfectly fabricated in a neat manner . The inside of my vehicle was immaculate when returned to Me , not the case when I dropped off, Im very impressed and thankful for this . Im an actual magnet to fender benders , scrapes, scratches, dents etc. And I have visited many automotive body repair shops .This Shop By Far was the Cleanest, friendliest, most thorough , Caring shop Ive seen . Worked with Greg, very friendly guy, gave me a estimated time on when my car would be done.. stated Friday at the best, Tuesday at the worst, ended up being Monday around 5:00 pm (they close at 5:30. on the initial visit I asked about the car getting detailed, the receptionist pulled out two sheet displaying different type of details and the rates for each, I asked if the insurance pays for the detail and was told yes only to have my wife surprised with a bill for the detail upon pickup. When she asked about the insurance company paying for the detail, she was laughed at and treated like a fool for not knowing THEIR business. Thats not the just of it, no worries about the detail surprise, The worst part, is that when we got our car back, the driver window wont roll up all of the way... Like wow, didnt think to check that when we put the door back on?? maybe next time, take the extra day to make sure everything is perfect, especially when the client pays cash for a $130 "Detail" that missed the window not being able to roll up all of the way. really hoped this would be a great experience, heard great things about this place, super disappointed.

THE GOOD - Color Match and good communication. THE BAD - The clear coat over spray was very heavy on non-repaired areas and tail lights, they broke the interior trim panel when handling it (which they did reorder after I pointed it out post repair), stripped the bumper trim bolts using the wrong tools, broke the bumper retention tab (assume from yanking off the bumper cover), they informed the rental agency the car was done (the day before it was - blamed it on the rental agency - not sure whos telling the truth), they are very short handed and the repair will take longer than quoted. AND THE UGLY - Windshield registration sticker was taken, They tried to charge my insurance for the repair of the lift gate trim, even for parts and labor not done and the quote was significantly off $2500 vs $4000+ actual cost. Would NOT recommend, there are shops out there who will treat your car much better.
