I sent my vehicle to their location to repair some damage done to the front. They said it would take about five days, and it ended up taking over three weeks. Not only were the lights not working when they first called me to pick up my car, but the bumper was loosely in place. As in I could wiggle it forward and backward with my hand by applying a small amount of pressure. This was the same day they told me that my car was ready to go. I was called in a second time to inspect my car (still not ready), and the third and final time they called me in to retrieve my car they explained they had to drive my car to another location to fix the lights, and attempted to ask for gas money that was spent to drive my car to another location (I did no such thing). My car was given to me practically on empty. The keys to my car were damaged, as well as a Saint Micheal portrait (I, in retrospect, should probably have removed). Granted this was my experience about three years ago, I felt the need to rate their services since its become evident that they are probably the worst in the business in my hometown of McAllen, TX with a less than 2star rating. How did I remember to rate them? It was the single most aggravating time I had ever had repairing or tuning up my car, and believe it or not it was brought up in conversation. In addition, people need to know not to waste their time there. Sorry guys, do a better job.

No recomendableEl que esta aqui en mcallen es una verdadera porqueria lleve mi troca y me pusieron una piesa que no era ledije a un tal omar el encargado y medijo que si queria la otra piesa te nia que pagarla cuando el aseguro pago por todo se porto despota y las pinche secretaria una tal cris es una despota para contestar ase 1 mes llego mi piesa y me dijeron que solo la pintarian ase 2 semanas llame y medisen el ledebuelbe la llamada hable hoy y me disen lo mismo y le dije a la señorita aquehora preguntale y medise pues si quiere saver la hora pase y preguntele usted pinche vieja porfavor si algien save de un numero para quejarse se los agradesco

ACTUALLY, I WILL MENTION THAT I HAVE NOT HAD MY VEHICLE FOR REPAIR AT THIS LOCATION OR THIS BUSINESS. ..AFTER CHECKING THE ONLINE REVIEWS I KNEW THAT IT WOULD NOT BE FINANCIALLY SOUND OR IN MY BEST INTEREST TO HAVE ANY VEHICLE FOR REPAIR AT THIS BUSINESS. .ONE FACT THAT LED ME TO CONCLUDE THAT THESE REPAIRMEN WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES IN A TIMELY FASHION IS THIS,THERE WERE SO MANY DAMAGED VEHICLES THERE EACH WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE DUST FROM WHO KNOWS HOW LONG HAD BEEN STUCK ON EACH VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF ITS LENGTHY STAY OUTSIDE BAKING IN THE ELEMENTS. INSURANCE ADJUSTERS ARE STRATEGICALLY POSITIONED AT THE ENTRANCE AS TO PROJECT A SENSE OF SECURITY AND SPEEDY PROCESS. .HOWEVER,I SUSPECT THAT THE UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA THAT THEY WOULD BE ENTANGLED IN A VICIOUS CYCLE OF EXCUSES AND DECEPTION...I GATHER FROM THESE REVIEWS AND FROM MY PERSONAL INSPECTION OF THIS FACILITY THAT SUCH IS THE CASE....DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...SEE FOR YOURSELF...I OPTED OUT OF HAVING THIS COLLISON CENTERS SERVICE AND FOUND A SUPERIOR AUTO BODY SHOP IN EDINBURG, TX. I HAD MY DAMAGED TRUCK BACK IN 8 DAYS....YES,I SAID 8 DAYS...THE GENTLEMAN THAT REPAIRED MY VEHICLE IS AN ABSOLUTE PRO.

Warning, do not take your vehicle to Collision center. Also, just look the better business bureau they have a F rating. My car was damaged by hailstorm on March 29, 2012 and was towed to Collision Center in McAllen. Insurance adjuster assured me Collision Center in Harlingen could repair it within 28 days so I agreed to have it towed there. It is now May 12 and I have yet to get my car back. I have called Collision Center numerous times and have even gone in person to check on my car. All I have gotten are excuses and lies about car being ready/not being ready. Meanwhile, rental car company has charged my credit card close to $300 because I still have the rental out. Collision Center and Mario Regalado the manger had told me several times they would cover the rental and not to worry about it, a claim they now deny! Insurance adjuster has not been any help either, since he hasnt been tracking the claim. Now, Collision Center will not talk to me or return my calls. Be wary of this business!Furthermore, the adjuster from GEICO has not returned my calls.

Got in an accident and Geico sent it there. All they had to replace was the left fender, headlamp and the front bumper. Everything else on the car was fine. They also replaced the transmission. First, they fix the car without having asked me to sign off on repairs, then the insurance adjuster says that theyll look into the transmission if I go in and sign the papers saying that I did sign off on repairs. So they replace everything after a month in the shop and when I get the car back the gas gauge doesnt work and the passenger side door doesnt open because it hits the fender. The mechanic there tries to say that the door was already like that when it came in which is a blatant lie. I pay for the gas they put in and on the way home the low fuel light comes on so I call them and they just casually say that the gas gauge doesnt work without any explanation or even an apology. All they do is act dumb and try to blame the customer for their mistakes. Should have read the reviews first.

Worst experience ever!!!! Had to take my truck 3 times to get painted. The first time they didnt put the safe guard and you could see the bando in the door and quarter panel. It looked like if i had taken my truck to reynosa to get fixed. The paint had alot if fish eyes and dots, the paint was all scratched up. The second time they only fixed the door, the quarter panel was scrathed. The door hinged kept falling off. Tried to talk to managment couldnt get a straight answer. When i got my truck back i thought someone was playing a joke on me. The truck looked like someone was playing with the hose. my truck had alot of streaks. They added tire shiner all over my truck. Complained to gieco and had to take it vics to get it done right. Dont waste ur time. Worst service ever!!!!!
