Horrible! I used them to add some modifications to my brand-new car. They didnt know how to connect daytime running lights. They hooked them up wrong, then wanted to charge me to correct their mistake. They replaced a badge and scratched the paint. They showed no respect for these issues and didnt care at all that I was upset or that they were losing a customer. It was the worst service Ive had in a long time!

I took my car to Service King after an accident I had back in May. I was using the other drivers insurance and there was more work than I had payment for. Eric and Erik were so unbelievably patient with me as we worked out the issue with the insurance company. My car looks perfect and I will definitely be going back to them again! I was so happy with everyone I took them donuts!!! Keep up the good work!

Took my vehicle to Tri County after colliding with a deer - needed a good amount of body work. Very nice customer service from everybody there, always taking time to pay attention to their customer at every step. Very dependable regarding repair schedule. Best of all - the car looks AMAZING, just like NEW. Excellent work blending the paint; I cannot tell the difference from before the accident!

Straightforward, honest, fairly easy and simple transaction. I got backed into in the airport parking lot and needed some paint and very minor body work. I got two estimates from two different places. Tri County beat the guys down the road by about $100, its a small shop, dealt with hardworking folks, and I prefer the small shops anyways. Ill be bringing them more business if I need it.

This is the second time Ive used Service King. I had no issues with the first visit and was very pleased with the results, but I did have issues during my second visit. No business or organization is perfect, and the true mark of business is how they handle issues and customer dissatisfaction. Service King resolved the issues to my satisfaction.

In and out in three days. Damaged area looks immaculate and you cant even feel the bumps on the other side of the frame where it happened. Nice people at the desk set up my car rental, extensions, and even texted me for each section of the repair. Easiest thing I have ever done and the dents in my quarter panel are just a memory.

The customer service is horrible. Go anywhere else beside this place. FYI, Kenneth decided to argue and not correct the matter. Gave me misleading information. I do not recommend this establishment!
