The absolute most professional auto service Ive experienced in my 52 years of driving. Excellent customer service from the front office and the auto service staff. The auto service staff is knowledgeable on every aspect of your vehicle. The one thing I like most about Schertz Auto Service is they will give you the cost of a job up front and when you go into pick up your vehicle, thats the price you pay, no hidden charges. Also, they dont try to "sell" you service you dont need. Regardless of the reason for taking your vehicle in, while they are fixing the problem, they will inspect all your major systems and recommend any repairs you need to consider in the future. No pressure, they will only recommend service and you decide what and when work is done. They will let you know well before you have a major problem so you can plan for the repairs.

Why 5 stars? Fantastic customer service, outstanding quality of work and they work fast. Recently, had a part of my suspension break the night before a long road trip. I showed up at Schertz Auto Service just as they opened. I meet with the Service Manger and he assured me they would try to complete the repairs as fast as they could. About 4 hours later I received the call that my van was ready. These guys are awesome! They not only repaired the part that had broken they took additional steps to ensure the repair was extra safe and wouldnt happen again. Im an aircraft mechanic, Im very particular about who I let work on my vehicles. After my first experience with Schertz Auto Service I wont go anywhere else.

I have known and used the folks over at Schertz Auto Service and Auto Collision Works for 10 years or more. My experiences with them have been top-notch in all areas: customer service, meeting timelines, quality of work, etc. Mark Roberts and his team are well deserved of the reputation for honesty, integrity, and quality that they have earned. I also understand that no business can make everyone happy 100% of the time. Although this has never occurred with me personally, I can imagine that it has happened, that they have had occasion to not make a customer happy. But, if it has happened, it is just an honest reasonable disagreement. Be skeptical of anyone or any review that questions their honesty and/or integrity.

Buyer Beware! After charging me 0ver 900.00 to repair my Honda Civic for a small oil leak, I could not steer it right or left when I took it home. I took my Honda back 2 business days later and explained that I have NEVER had a power steering issue and now I could not steer my car AFTER they worked on my car. They then told me it would cost me another 850.00 to fix my power steering!! My car had ZERO issues with power steering driving in their parking lot to fix the oil leak! I am taking my car to the dealership who actually quoted my 550. to replace my power steering pump!! $300.00 cheaper than them!! I did not feel they were trustworthy and told them.

I had an appointment at 1000 they did not see my car that day. After some research I was overcharged for the part. Then they broke my side mirror. They repaired the side mirror but I had to wait 2 more days. In repairing my side mirror the broke my HID headlights. They claimed the bulb went out but I just PCSd from Fort Bragg and just bought new ones for the long drive so they were about a month old. Turns out they blew the ballast that controlled the HID light. So I had to pay and fix that myself. I do not recommend nor will I be returning. On the plus side the receptionist is nice and they have their own car rentals.

The transmission on our Honda went out and after doing some research we decided to go with a rebuilt transmission from a national re-builder. Then, after speaking with three area shops that work with the national re-builder we chose Schertz Auto Service to confirm our diagnosis and install the rebuilt transmission. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful each time we spoke with them, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and the car is running great after a week back on the road. I will be using Schertz Auto Service again when we need another auto repair.

My Toyotas have been serviced here on several occasions. Service advisers are always friendly and helpful. No high pressure tactics here, just solid advice and straightforward, dependable repair work. Thank you Wayne, Leo and all your hardworking techs. I dropped my Mini off this morning. Anxious to see how that works out. Repairs on that car are notoriously pricey. Also difficult to find a mechanic that is knowledgeable about diagnostics and repairs without going to the BMW dealership.

Very disappointing, front desk made it out to be a simple fix and 35 min later said they couldnt get the part til next day..wanting the car left overnight...I could not..left shop went got the part at advance auto parts went home and took me 40 minutes to fix after watching you tube video. They took me for $58.00 and i had to fix it myself . I spent more time cleaning the black smudges off my molding yalls troll tech left than repairing the brake light....Never again

I believe the workers here enjoy what they do and it reflects back in the customer service that they provide. I worked with Greg Elliott in two difference instances. He is professional, knowledgeable in the industry, and will tell you like it is. Bring your car here if you want the job done right in a timely manner. It may take sometime to get your car looked depending on how busy they are which is understandable in this type of business. Highly Recommend!!!

I had my car towed there because it would crank over but not start. I figured it would be a few days and braced for the usual shafting you expect when dealing with auto repair shops. The very next day I was called and told it was fixed. When I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised to find honest and reasonable charges on my bill. I can not say every repair situation would be the same, but I will be using them again if the need arises.

Excellent service. Everyone is very friendly. I have a vehicle with 193K miles. On my last visit I inquired from the Service Tech if I need to go to a different type of oil change and he told me no - what I was using was fine I should just put an additive in the oil. I really appreciate that advice. He could have just as easily said yes and I would have spend more money on something I did not need. Great advice!!!!

This place was great! Mark personally answered the phone when I called and gave me his opinion of what might be wrong with my car. He even went so far as to tell me I could bring the car by and he would take a look at it. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem in about 10 min. This was the first time I went there and the service they provided me made me a loyal customer. Keep up the good work!!!
