My experience with this company was not good. Started off with explaining that we needed our SUV back first in case we ended up exceeding rental time. That was arranged, was told they would have the glass ordered and in the next day or two so it was at least "safe". Take both cars in, 30 days later, we get my car finished (wrong one first), then had to reject it because they damaged it in the shop. A few days later, scratches and plastic bonnet damaged was patched up. They completed the work, but poorly. Week after week, promises of phone calls with updates never happen, have to physically GO to location to speak with anyone and week after week of "one more week", or "three more days", "by Wednesday", etc. For 3 solid weeks, they were "still working on the roof". Finally, after over 60 days (estimated 30 to complete), they just had to order the glass and put it in. Where was the glass you promised you had 2 months prior? We finally got her SUV back with missing parts and new scratches on roof. Im assuming they didnt want a negative review, because they offered to not charge $250 of the total combined about $17,000 repairs. Promised a call when they got the missing part ordered or found...guess what? 2 months later, no call. Surprise.

I have been to many shops around San Antonio and by far south Texas collision has always been able to take in my cars right then and there. no long wait time for my quote and my repairs started asap. they were very nice about payments while my car was in the shop and they made me feel comfortable with the safety of my car. i have two daughters that drive and the gas station poles are not friendly and when STC gave me a good deal to fix all the small scratches and dings i knew i can come to them for any problem big or small. Thank you to South Texas Collision & staff! you have my recommendation.

I took my truck a toyota titan and they fix the whole side of my truck due to an accident i had. They did an awesome job, the paint is incredible and I was so happy with the work that i recommended to my neighbor who had an accident in his 4runner and I and him were amazing with the job. Highly recommended this shop. They also help me with my insurance paper and rental car pick me up at shop same thing with my neighbor Christian they help him arrange everything with insurance and rental. 5 star shop. Call them people you will love it.

I brought my truck in to have the rear end worked on as well as to have some body work done. The service was impeccable and the work done surpassed my expectations by far. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to complete the work needed and how affordable everything they did was, they even worked with me by offering a payment plan. I definitely recommend this shop, they are awesome!
