I took a winter coat to them to be dried cleaned. The coat came back with the leather trimming broken into pieces. I took the coat to them. The clerk was polite and put me on the call with the owner. The owner, on the other hand, was a different story. Before I was able to finish describing the problem, he interrupted me and yelled in the phone "just take me to the court!" Should you decide to go there, do so at your own risk. If anything went wrong, the owner is not going to take any responsibilities.

First time using this cleaner. New to Plano. Should of read the warnings. Libery ruined 3 shirts, an obvious chemical stain on my collars, in the same spot in all 3 shirts. And true to the reviews, they took no responsibility. In fact were very defensive and rude. Be smarter than me, and heed the warnings, and do not use this cleaner.

We have had great experience time after time. They do all my shirts and dry cleaning and are always so nice and easy to work with. They go the extra mile to assure my clothes are clean and are always ready on time

They have always been on time, and the clothes come out perfectly. They are really nice in there and always remember me by name. Its a longer drive than other cleaners, but theyre worth it.
