TERRIBLE, you are not paying MORE for better quality but for a better real estate location, more fluffy paper on your hangers and a colored logo bag, a bigger profit margin and nice trucks. You are NOT paying for better quality craftsmanship! I invest a lot of money in my clothes therefore I chose Bibbentuckers because I only wanted a reputable cleaners cleaning my clothes. But....On one occasion I received one of my favorite $300.00 white silk blouses back with a huge stain on the chest. I was not aware I had an initial stain at all on this blouse when I sent it in but it was ruined unless they stain came out. I returned to Bibbentuckers with the blouse and explained to the stain remover person that I needed him to work on this blouse because otherwise it was ruined. He went on to explain to me that he had already worked on my blouse and that it had stains all over it from some other customer leaving a pen in their clothing and everyones garment came out stained, He sent it back to me with the stain and without an explanation leading me to believe I had caused this. I requested they refund me the cost of my blouse which they did after a month or more. My next thought was to discontinue using them but I felt they had done the right thing and reimbursed me so in return I would continue to use them. Then a few months go by and they call me and ask me to look at another silk blouse before they washed it, that had a stain. What I saw was a little ink mark on the sleeve which could be removed with an ink remover. They also showed me a dark area on the back of my blouse that looked like I might have rubbed it against the dirt on my car. I told Angela to remove the ink on the sleeve and leave the area on the back alone. She requested I sign a release. I did, (do not ever do this). They returned my blouse with huge stains all over the front and back. Okay, 1st, I told them not to mess with the back 2nd, the stain now all over the front was a second hand stain caused by stain remover and the garment being laid on a spotting board while the liquid bled all over the shirt. Any spotter worth his weight would have put a towel between the front of the garment and the back of ;the garment when they applied stain remover. 3rd They did not even touch the small ink mark on my sleeve, it still remained. They refused to pay for my blouse and acted like I had already been paid for one ruined blouse so now I must have a history. Their spotters and staff are not any better than anyone elses down the street. You are not paying MORE for better quality but for a better real estate location, more fluffy paper on your hangers and a colored logo bag and nice trucks. You are NOT paying for better quality craftsmanship! I am so mad that I am writing this review and I will continue tell others about my experience and I will not ever return.

I received wonderful service at the Plano location! I called ahead of time to be sure that I would be able to get my husbands dress shoes back before he needed them and they told me the turn around was usually a little longer than I needed, but wanted to work around my schedule. They promised they would have them done at a certain time and they delivered on the promise. Not only was it great customer service, my husbands shoes were like new! I usually take our clothes to a cleaners closer to our house, but with Bibbentuckers free pick up and delivery, Im going to give them a try next time. Thanks Bibbentuckers for a great experience!

Wonderful, friendly service. I picked up my clothes and found a problem with the way one blouse was pressed when I got home. I had an interview in 2 days that I needed the shirt for so I ran back to the store. Brian listened to me explain the problem with the shirt and immediately took the shirt to the back and had it fixed while I waited - no hesitation. I didnt expect it to be fixed so quickly. Thanks to Brian and the other folks at the Preston Road location that helped me! I really appreciate the friendly service from everyone and quick attention to resolve the problem.

Bibbentuckers in Plano lost some of my clothing in May!!! I have been going round and round with them for months. Ive explained the situation to MULTIPLE people who all claim to be looking into it and will get back to me and then DO NOT. I expected much better from a company with such a a good reputation. Beware if you take anything to them. If all goes well then great. If anything goes wrong their customer service goes out the window!

The woman who took my information was a little short and got quite a few things wrong when taking my information, for this reason I am concerned about having my dry cleaning delivered. When I picked up the women through the drive through line was very pleasant. I appreciated it was finished when it was supposed to be and the little touches that rounded out my experience.
