I really wanted to like this place because of the friendly staff and ease of using the drive-thru, but the prices for dry cleaning and staffs continued failure to launder to my requests has prompted this review. First issue is this cleaners not laundering what you want and instead dry-cleaning (mens shirts) which drives up the price. I know they will say the tag sais dry clean, but when I have laundered them elsewhere and specifically tell them to launder and not dry-clean, but they still DO NOT DO IT, that isnt good. Secondly and the most dis-satisfying are the prices here! I know they dont charge items by size but rather by item, but I think its RIDICULOUS to pay $12 for one of my wifes summer blouses to be dry cleaned!? Weve paid less than half of that elsewhere with quality results. Overall I would not recommend this place with so many others in close vicinity.

18 DOLLARS FOR A SHIRT AND PANTS???!!! RIDICULOUS. First of all the cashier was rude AF when I dropped off the clothes, then I tried to pay upfront but he said NO. I know why now, because it was OVERPRICED. I asked the lady when I picked it up why it was so expensive. Her reply was, Because its dry cleaned....UHHH, DUHHH IM AT A DRY CLEANER not a Taylor. Merideth dry cleaners across the street are 10 bucks less. Going there for now on. Over priced dry cleaning is not in my budget especially with rude employees

This is the best dry cleaner in Far North Dallas. Ive been a customer for over 7 years and they do a great job. Ive tried others, but none match the quality and service Ive received here. I wear suits to work every day and need reliable, high-quality service. This is the place for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
