I gave this business several chances because of their location (inbetween work and home). They got my attention via Val-pak Coupon. Note, even though this is a promotion that NEVER ends they will not honor the 99c per shirt price unless you hand them the coupon and pay in advance (use the drop box, no discount). Also there is a COD charge if you dont pay upfront (AGAIN, use the drop box and you will pay extra). Ok so im paying $1.25 per shirt vs. 99c, NO BIG DEAL right? Since the coupon misunderstanding ive received other customers clothes and had my own clothes damaged. The work force is unconcerned, unmotivated and untrustworthy. With a myriad of dry clean options in the area i recommend you PASS on this one. Your clothes and internal happiness will thank you.

Do not use this cleaners, there are so many better alternatives. They lost my wifes pants, and then gave us the run around for a month saying they were going to pay, but they could not get a hold of the owners to write the check, the owners did not come in like they were supposed to, etc. The worst part is manager Glen has been both evasive and cowardly when it is brought up. He has yet to take any responsibility for losing the pants, and seems unable to make a decision to just pay us back for the pants. It is always someone elses fault, because he is "just one guy doing everything he can." Besides paying us back of course. Do not use these guys, you will be sorry.

Ive been using this place for 13 years. New owners now have it and what a train wreck. all the clothes are sent off site nothing is done here anymore. The woman they have working there is rude. They dont give itemized receipts. Even though the sign says in by 9 out by 5 forget it! She wont send your stuff out if it arrives after 830 because counting fast takes too much effort. Oh I almost forgot you better unbutton your shirts because they are so lazy they dont want to do it so they fine you $1 for each buttoned shirt. Whoever bought this business for the customers has wasted their money because in a few months your employees will have run them off.

This cleaners does a fantastic job! I started going here a few weeks ago, and so far I love the service that they provide! Its under new management, and I had a chance to meet the owner who is really nice. I really like the quality of their cleaning, and they were able to repair my leather shoes. Also, I am always in a rush, so they gave me a drop off bag for free which I slip in there drop box. And they have a drive thru! Very convenient. I highly recommend them because they are my new go to cleaners!

What an awful customer service experience. The guy lost my only black blouse 6 weeks ago, never looked for it and never calls me back and then when I finally go to the store on Tuesday, he is rude and says its more than 30 days so he cant help me. I coudnt believe it asked for owner but was again told that owner will call me. I left my numbers with him but I dont expect a call. Please stay away from this place.

They acknowledge that they ruined this custom shirt and refuse to do anything to make it right. The manager and owner will not return calls or take any action. Avoid this business! They are scammers!
