Horribly ran business... I had been going to this cleaners for years until recently. It was a weekly ritual for me to stop in on Saturday and drop off about $30 worth of clothes. Recently up returning from Las Vegas I dropped off an Armani Shirt I purchased for the trip i.e. I wore it one time. I spilled some Orange juice on the shirt and took it to this cleaners as usual. The girl who works the front is extremely nice and wonderful and is probably the best thing going for the place... NO issues with her what so ever. I take the shirt to the cleaners as usual and when I go to pick it up there are yellow marks all over the shirt! I ask to see the manager and ask for an explanation. He tells me that the marks had been on the shirt. We go back and forth and tells me one thing and when it contradicts what he says.. I call him out on it and he tells me dont listen to his words... Huh????? lol Im not sure what type of operation this man is running. I actually saw someone else have a issue with him a last year but I dumbly didnt listen and just got my clothes and left that day. That was a red flag. Safe to say I no longer will be returning here. Its not the fact that the guy made a mistake... Its that he hid from his mistake. To be honest he would have made more money off me the long term if he would have somehow corrected the problem but its fine I can find another cleaners. If you go to the this cleaners and you have any issues... May God be with you lol

Bad service. Took my brand new crisp white suit here and had someone to pick it up for me the next day when I saw the suit it was no longer white it was dingy white with a rust looking water stain. I brought the suit back and complained that it was brand new and that I had ripped the tags off in the cleaners right in front of them and it looked nothing like that when I brought it in. The man said they could fix it and to pick it up in 3 days. Well today I picked up my suit and it is ruined. The pants legs dont match each other, one is a off white and the other and is like a scorched look. All the girl at the front told me was that it was clean and to take it back to the store.. Why should I have to take it back and you guys messed up my suit?!. They probably wont even take it back with the tags ripped off and discoloration. DONT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.

I took 2 white shirts to Vogue cleaners for laundry. Both were scorched when ironed and both had yellow/brown scorch marks on them around the collars and sleeves. When I returned them the manager said the yellow/brown marks were stains. He said he would try to remove the stains. After the 2nd cleaning the manager said the marks were caused by me washing them in bleach. I do not wash and iron my own shirts! When I mentioned the fact that he had stated previously the marks were stains the manager denied that he had made that comment. I took 2 white shirts into this cleaners and both were ruined. The manager did not offer to pay for his mistake nor did he offer to refund the $ I paid for the 1st cleaning which ruined my shirts. This is a poorly managed business that will not stand behind their mistakes. I will never use them again!

Ive been coming here for years. Must be under new ownership as of recent, because on my last (and ultimately my last) visit here they charged me almost $5 for a shirt because of the material. Its a regular Izod dress shirt the same one Ive had cleaned at this location before with no issue. I refuse to continue going to a place that will possibly gouge the price at will at any given time.
