Went to get my stuff dry cleaned here because I have a son and dont want chemicals on my clothing. At no point was I ever notified of their pricing, not even when they texted to ask me if I wanted an additional service, or when I picked up my clothing and put a card on file. I had to find out by viewing my card statement that they charged me 250 bucks!!! I thought surely it was a mistake, but no. Dont go here unless you want to drop hundreds of dollars on cleaning your clothes without any notice of pricing per item, or if you do go here please ask for a breakdown before handing over your card. They assume you are a rich Highland Parker who can afford it and do not give proper notice of pricing breakdown. They offered me store credit, which I turned down. After a lot of back and forth I got a very partial refund. Not worth the money. ETA: people dont tend to read things posted on the walls of dry cleaners when they drop off clothing, and I believe it is poor business practice to charge a customer without notifying them of the amount they are being charged. It should not be on the customer to ask for pricing, it should be offered to paying customers automatically. I have never once in my entire life been to any type of store that didnt tell you their pricing before charging you. Lesson learned. Didnt even get a receipt. Additionally, Im wearing my favorite dress today that they supposedly cleaned and noticed theres a big spot on the front of it. Great....

Well deserved 5 stars. Overall, I am low maintenance, so I rarely use dry cleaners. Also I am an Eco freak, way before it was cool to be. So if I were to dry clean, it MUST BE ECO. I had a vintage silk dress that had a stain on it, embarrassingly from 2 years ago. I couldnt spend the money at the time (ironic now). Then it got forgotten, until an impromptu event required it. I considered it may need a freshen up clean, but forgot about the stain, so much that I forgot what it was for sure. So now, it was even more iffy that the dress would ever be clean again. I called around the so-called "green" places listed and due to the reviews, ended up in Swiss to consult the possibilities. Sophia was phenomenal. First, she set me at ease about my embarrassment of the stain and lack of care for the dress. That is personable service. Then she explained clearly what steps they would take to approach the unknown stained in stain. I understood there was zero guarantee, but felt so much that if there was ever a chance, it was here and in good hands. Being that I actually love this dress a lot, Sophias communication and delivery of one who knew her craft was the only thing that could justify my risk in spending the amount quoted, an amount out of my budget. But I love this dress. And it worked! Now its clean and pretty, and I am happy. Thank you.

First. It was very difficult to find a company that would professionally clean a mascot. The process took about two weeks since quite a bit of cleaning had to be done on it and the fact I havent brought my mascot since I got it (About 3 years ago). Since the mascot is a very expensive and sensitive investment I am so glad that no harsh chemicals were used on it and I believe that they use steam cleaning on it. Before I brought in the mascot to be cleaned the white on the mascot was dirty and had some water stains because I tried cleaning it myself. Big mistake. Thank goodness Swiss the Greener Dry Cleaners were able to brighten the white on the mascot and take out the majority of the water stain. One thing I will say is that no matter how much work is done on the mascot it will never been like it was new unless you send it back to the creator of the mascot. I will say that I am happy to have sent my mascot to be cleaned by them and it didnt cost as much as some of the other company offering this service. The price was about how much you would spend cleaning a wedding or prom dress. The pricing just really depends on how much work they have to do on it. Other than that I would say I had a very good experience with them. They are closely located at the heart of SMU/75/Mockingbird and good turn around time and service. Hope this helps.

Took my petunia pickle bottom satchel there to get one makeup mark out of the inside, probably would have come out with a Shout wipe, but wanted to get it thoroughly cleaned since my son has allergies. Took it to Swiss, they said two weeks. Came back two weeks later and it wasnt done, OK fine. Had them call me when it was done, was another week. When I got it back there were black hairs on it, they used an abrasive or cleaner that ruined the brass hardware, and it wasnt cleaned at ALL!! The makeup mark, blush...easy to remove, wasnt even touched...looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off. On top of all this, they charged me $70!!! I dont know how their clothes cleaning is because Ive never used it, but I will never ever drop off any bag there again! I called the place, got the number of the manager who asked me to text the pictures...I did and never got a response. Bad customer service, bad cleaning service...way overpriced. Ruined a $300 diaper bag when I explicitly asked them if they were knowledgeable enough to handle the upholstery on that bag. Furious

I love these cleaners! I flew in from out of town to attend a funeral. It was last minute. I took my suit, which was nice and wrinkled by the time I landed in Dallas. I went to 4 cleaners begging them if they could just press, steam or just iron my suit so I would look respectful at the funeral. None of them would help me. Then someone recommended Swiss the Greener. A nice lady greeted me when I walked in. I explained my situation and she immediately offered to help. And she offered to help right then and there as I was literally going to walk to HP United Methodist Church in 45 minutes for the funeral service. I didnt know it until I came back to pick it up, by the nice lady was the owner. Her daughter graciously helped me check out and pay. I offered to give her mom a $20 tip but she refused saying that they like helping people and thats what they enjoy: being a family place that is honest, reliable and kind to people. I cant thank them enough for helping me in a difficult situation and for being so kind and warm hearted to me. Thank you thank you!

I honestly dont really do much reviews, however, after my experience with Swiss Cleaners, i just had to. When i went in for the first time, right away i was greeted promptly. The best aspect i really liked was that they REALLY are environmentally friendly. Many other dry cleaning services say they are, but truly are not. But with Swiss the Greener Cleaners, you can tell by just talking to the person at the counter, he KNEW exactly what he was talking about. When i got back the first batch of clothes i gave them, i was just shocked at how great the quality of work was. They are not afraid to work on any of your high end designer clothing as well. They have very high end machines and its all non toxic. They give a new meaning to great customer service. You will see what i mean once you go there. They just gained a long time customer, thats for sure.
