Horrible customer service. I brought in a suit, shirt and 3 pairs of pants, 2 of which needed alterations. My husband went to pick them up and everything was returned to us. He went to put on his pants for work, and they had not altered them. They offered to fix them. Then I take out my suit for an interview, they did not clean nor press anythibg! When I returned, they insisted since the tag was purple that it was cleaned. It had wrinkles and did not have that "dry cleaner smell" they did to nothing and would not refund me or actually do what I paid for in the first place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Their pricing is a scam!! They advertise 89cents for laundered shirts but thats ONLY if you bring them additional items. They will charge you $1.29 per shirt if you do not bring them any other items. I have been going here for years and never bothered to look at my receipt until now. They have been taking thousands of dollars from me and I had no idea. Stay Away!!!

HORRIBLE CLEANERs. the name is a scam. Ypaymore is just a name and they Charge double the money. This place is not at all what it was. Something has changed and the owner lady is not at all friendly. Horrible customer service. They dont wash clothes well. NEVER GOING BACK to this place. Please dont waste your money on this place. They just lost a customer

I have been going to the place for a number of years because it is close and I have been to lazy to try somewhere new.the staff is always nice, but there are a number of issues: - collars never pressed correctly - metal staples in my clothes from the rags, which have ripped a number of items - the listed hours are not followed
