I trusted this dry clean to care for my bridesmaid dress, and they returned it damaged. When asked to talk to the manager, the lady at front desk started talking in chinese over the phone with the manager, laughing for like 5 minutes, and then she gave me the phone. The manager was very unpolite, and of course did not wanted to take responsibility, and was a $360 dress!! Unfortunately, I still had to wear it damaged because I was a bridesmaid. Do not trust this dry clean!!!!

Between the holes put in my strapless taffeta dress from them "hanging" it up with safety pins to them temporarily losing TWO of my husbands dress pants for 3 months and not even apologizing for it, we are done. Theres far too many dry cleaners in the area for me to ruin or lose more clothing. I only give 2 stars bc they have quicker turn around than most cleaners.

Great cleaners and my new go-to! After hearing this cleaners was under new management, I gave it a try. The lady in the front was nice and took notes on how I liked my clothes cleaned. Now all I do is drop off my bag and they take care of the rest :) Thats what I call awesome service!

They threw away one of my t-shirts. When I asked why it wasnt with the rest of my clothes the lady at the counter told me they dont clean those types of garments, and they didnt know what to do with it. Mind boggling incompetence.
