*UPDATE: I returned with the garment and Simon was very apologetic and corrected his mistake without any hassle.* This is a review of their tailoring, not dry cleaning. I liked the reviews I had read so I decided to give this place a shot. I brought a pair or pants here to be altered, just letting out the waist and hemming the legs. When I dropped them off, I mentioned this was my first time there. I came back a week later, when they said they would be done, to pick them up for an event this evening. They hadnt started on them yet. I had to stand there and wait for them to finish; the wait was not exceptionally long, perhaps 10 minutes. They were polite enough and they told me to call next time on alterations (even though they had had my pants for a WEEK and said they would be ready today!). A few customers came and went before they were done. The quality and cost of the alteration was reasonable and it fit well, but when I got home, I noticed that AQUAMARINE thread had been used when he let out the waist of my NAVY BLUE pants and the line of discolored stitching, while not horrific, is still noticeable from 6-10 feet away. I do not know if i will try their dry cleaning services, I will update this review if I do, but I will not be bringing anything else to be tailored.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any establishment! The owner is dishonest and yells at customers to intimidate them from questioning the poor quality of work (saw him do it to the poor girl in line in front of me as well). They quoted me a much cheaper price than they charged me for upon pickup. I was in town for a wedding and brought in a suit jacket, pants, and shirt to get tailored. The pants came back with mismatched legs. The suit jacket somehow came back with a large brown/yellow stain on the back, and the shirt has a giant snag in one of the sleeves. I dont even know how that is possible! The owner yelled at me when I asked for a refund or to even charge me the original cost I was promised! I cannot believe how terrible I was treated. They wouldnt even let me pay in credit even though there is NO SIGN that says cash only. Made me go to an ATM to pull out cash just to get my clothes back! Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! HUGE SCAM. I had to buy entirely new clothes the day before the wedding, unbelievable!

I have the hardest time finding clothes that fit because of my body type (short and curvy). My mom recommended this tailor to me one day last year. He now tailors all my clothes to perfection. I never worry about buying the wrong size online or in store now because all my clothes go to him lol. I also found a last minute dress for a wedding that looked horrible on me. I brought the dress to him and he basically remade the style of the dress within 1.5 hours. I literally went down the street to get my nails done and came back and i had a new dress waiting for me . This is the BEEEESSSSSTTTTTT seamstress in Dallas. Even with my jeans and dress pants... you cant tell they were altered at all. He is truly amazing!

This guy ruined my $800 suit! I dropped my suit off here before an event and picked it up the next day. When I tried it on at home I realized that there were holes in the pants that had NOT been there before and that all the buttons on the outside and inside of the jacket were broken! I took it back to him to give him a chance to make it right and he told me that those holes were from a wallet and that they were probably there before, but you just couldnt see them because it was dark. Uh...what? The holes are on the left pocket, not wallet pocket, and they definitely were not there before!

I had to catch a plane and found out at the last minute I needed my suit. I have lost quite a lot of weight and needed my suit drastically taken in. I called and the owner said, "sure come in let me see what you need done". He was awesome, he did a wonderful job and did it correctly. He even had it pressed for me. This was in under 3 hours. I decided to change to Classic-Cleaners for all my dry cleaning and any alterations. Great experience all the way around, which is not always the case in todays fast paced world!

Great/quick tailoring service! I brought in my favorite (only) pair of jeans because they had a small tear on the thigh. He fixed it for just $10. He put a patch on the inside of the leg and blended the stitching with the pant thread so well youd never recognize it unless you were up close and really looking for it. I requested a quick turnaround and he called me within 2hrs to come get them! Ill definitely go back for any tailoring needs.

Simon was very nice and he helped me out of a huge fix. My daughter had to dance on Sunday and the dress I ordered for her came in the mail on Friday and it needed to be taken in. I called him late in the day Saturday and he told me to bring it in so he could look at it. He fixed it for me within 3 hrs. The work he did on the dress was excellent!!!!! Im definitely coming back!!!! One happy customer!!!!!

Wonderful service. I have trouble getting clothes to fit right, so have most things altered. I started taking my clothes to Simon to be altered when I moved nearby. He takes so much care with every garment he touches and my clothes fit me like a dream. I now live 10 minutes away and still take all my cleaning and tailoring here to have it done. Great service, wonderful and committed people!

Simon knows his stuff! I took some slacks in at the last minute to get hemmed to wear to a wedding, & he recommended I go with a certain modern look. At first I was very skeptical about this particular look, but he insisted that I trust him. After getting my slacks back, & putting on my shoes, I felt & looked like a million bucks! Thank you.

Love this place. Moved to Dallas a couple months ago, and the first two cleaners I found were awful. One melted two buttons on a dress shirt, the other ruined a pair of nice pants. Im so glad I found this cleaners. They do a great job with all my dry cleaning and even did some alterations. I wouldnt trust my clothes anywhere else.

I highly recommend Simon of Classic cleaners.... High quality of service and a very quick turn around time! Very impressed! especially anyone who is a body builder and has a hard time finding bespoke suits. This guy did an amazing job of 4 Suits of mine! Cant say enough great things about this guy!

Absolutely the best TAILOR I have ever had. I brought in over 10 pair of jeans that were too big and they tapered them to fit me perfectly. Best service ever. They were also finished in a timely manner. I will NEVER use another tailor again. This is my tailor forever!!!!!!!
