I have items I could machine wash, but prefer to have them dry cleaned. After using their service for several months, I needed to wash a few blankets at the laundromat a few doors away (which is also run by the same people). While I was waiting, I noticed the dry cleaner owner come in with large loads of clothes he threw in the washers. Quite a few items were similar to my own items I took to them for dry cleaning. The next time I took dry cleaning to them, I questioned if all my items would be dry cleaned rather than washed, as I requested. He answered that they look on the cleaning tag on the item and, if it says machine washable, thats what they do, even if you request dry cleaning. I asked him why I would want to pay so much when I could machine wash the clothes myself and he answered they press the clothes. They are ripping off people who want dry cleaning and Ive never returned.

There price for one pair of jeans to be shortened was $10 dollars and then to alter the taper on the bottom of the jeans was $8 dollars. I took in a pair of jeans and a pair of slacks. She charged me $40 dollars. I have NEVER payed that much for any alteration. That is highway robbery in my book. I give them no stars for there service. But since they are making me rate them I will give them one star. As for telling people about them. You bet Ill tell everyone I know about my awful service. They didnt even get the dog hair off my pants. Ugh!
