DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS - Things started out extremely well with taking in clothing that required alterations. I was foolish enough to change dry cleaners (based on proximity and convenience) and took my clothing to them. I received back two items extremely damaged. When I telephoned to tell them about it, the owner said he was busy and didnt have time to talk to me and HUNG UP! They ruined a $200 skirt that I had just purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue - wore it once and it cant be worn again now - unless I want to look like a spotted clown. They ripped another blouse of mine and faded it horribly and told me I brought it in that way when I went to the store. I took pictures of the clothing and left them there! Still waiting for a call back from the owner. But in the meantime, Im posting on Yelp and everywhere else and filing a complaint with the BBB asap. They will not get away with destroying my clothes and OVER CHARGING. Stay away from them. It wont be a good result.

I have used this cleaners since 2008. Do not go there anymore!!!!!! They have always cleaned my beautiful king comforters. I have two and would alternate cleaning them. I went to pick up my comforter and it was nowhere to be found. As I have always done, it was longer than 30 days. No problem in the past. They do not give away anything. All they could say was that an employee must have stolen it!!!! Beware. Do not go there!!! I am heartbroken. Not only was it an expensive comforter but there are matching sheets, shams, and a dust ruffle. It is a couple years old and cannot be replaced. Of course they will do nothing for me since its past 30 days. Their records show that I never picked it up. Who would think that there would be theft at a dry cleaners. Must be poor choice of employees by owner.

I seen this bad ratings here but never thought it would happened to me. They ruined 8 casual wearing shirts. Im still waiting on the owner to be responsible enough and call me on my cellphone number. But what i can tell you is that this was not a machine mistake its a human mistake and im waiting for the owner to pay some amount of what i pay for my shirts do to human mistakes in his business. They put the little yellow tag and puch a big hole in the back of all my shirts. To all you people that wants to take your clothes here make sure these bastards dont mess up your clothes. I will not come back here again.

This cleaners doesnt seem to grasp the concept that if you post store hours that say you open at 7 am, customers may actually expect the business to be open at 7; not 7:10 or 7:30. On multiple occasions, I have attempted to drop off clothes at 7 and either had to wait or come back because I waited until 7:20 and had to leave to make it to work on time. If youre on a schedule, you may want to consider going with another cleaners....like Im going to do.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! They ruined 5 pair of pants and refused to give me my money back. They are crooks! They throw your clothes at you and the owner is rude and threatened to hit me because I wanted my money back and he refused. You will get the worst customer service there!!! Save your money and go somewhere else with better service and that are adults instead of a an ignorant child like the owner of Sierra Cleaners.

Do not take your clothes to this cleaners, they will shrink them then tell you that the manufacturer labeled them wrong. Then they will insult you throw you clothes in your face and tell you to get out. This is the absolute worst customer service experience from a cleaners I have ever seen......beware

Ive been to the store pleanty of times. The prices are reasonable and the front desk attendant is friendly and helpfull. My clothes are always done in time and are carefully cleaner no matter what type of material i take. I really do recommend them. They are great.
