March 2013 review....alarming and terrible!! we have been going to Stonebridge cleaners (Stonebridge/Custer) for 4+ years now and in the last month they have ruined a dress shirt and pair of suit slacks(12 penny size holes) beyond repair. What is so alarming is not that these issues happened but that the owner was okay with blaming me for both instances (happened 2 separate times in 1 month) even after I personally inspected every item prior to bringing the clothes in for cleaning. NO customer service or appreciation for being a loyal customer for many of years. I am not one to take the time to write reviews and especially not reviews to slam a business or person but this was so terrible and unprofessional, I had to.

They ruined a pair of my khaki pants and then tried to blame us saying that we had brought them in that way. The pants clearly had something spilled all over them, completely covering the entire pants. I think I would have known if I had brought them in that way. I tried to call the business a few times and each time was told the manager was not there.

We, like every other review on here, had a horrible experience with this business. I wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy. They overcharge, are slow, and have horrible customer service. If I could give Zero stars, I would.
