Under new management as of Q2 this year and boy do I miss the old crew. Sole reason I frequented this establishment was the extremely friendly and prompt service of a prior employee (Don). One day I arrived to pick up my items and I was greeted with a new face and higher prices. Never again have I been able to chat with Don nor have I received the level of service I came to expect. The deal breaker is that the new staff can plain and simple not follow directions (although they do appear diligent). I dont know how many times I have requested that they please do not use these enormous heat tags on my expensive shirts yet every cycle seems to be an adventure of me having to request them being taken off... again. I admit that when I return to have them taken off I have yet to be greeted with anything but a smile; however I shouldnt be in this situation in the first place. Cordial service but taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly poor service and incredibly expensive. I took my clothes there 4 times and each time requested that they not leave the clamps marks on the front of my shirts. Each time they had a different excuse as to why it wasnt done. Next, theyve pulled the opening hours off of the doors out front, so youre not completely sure when they open. I showed up at 7 one morning, and no one was there. So the next afternoon I stopped by and asked. The man said 7am, which I thought was odd, because at 7:10 the morning before they werent open. I tried the same thing a few weeks later, and yet again, still nobody by 7:10. That was my last trip there. Ive started going somewhere else. Every time I went there, it was the same white guy with tattoos. He mentioned one time that he needed to go home and smoke pot. Brilliant.

Patrons BEWARE!! Dont take anything valuable or good here. I WOULD NOT recommend this Cleaners to anyone!! Went to pick up our things only to be told they no longer had them and that they get rid of your things after 30 days! We are now out my sons prom outfit - brand new; brand new curtains I never got to use and a few other things all worth about $225!! The ONLY thing their owner and customer service person could say is "its our policy!" NO ONE EVER ONCE tried to call us to pick up our things even though they take your phone numbers for contact information. They dont say anything to you when you come in or drive through as a reminder either. Wow - how low can you go!

I love this dry cleaners, Ive lived in Plano for 4 years in which I have been through 3 different dry cleaners. I discovered Stephens after frustrated with aweful job and customer service, I was so pleased to find out they are friendly, always go above and beyond on my garments, and all around making dry cleaning errand not so bad. Good customer service is hard to find now a days, so good job girls, your doing a great job! Cassie Seybold

Gave them brand new shirt - they removed the tags in order to clean - and it was returned with 4 buttons destroyed - including the spares at bottom. Other reviewers are correct - no prices posted = insanely high prices. $2 for standard laundered shirt when places down street charge 79-99 cents. This place is horrible. Price does NOT reflect quality whatsoever.

they can not be called dry cleaners. All man shirts came back dirty . You can not even wear them . Worse and dirtier than the went in. Instead of trying to correct their mistake they told me to take my business some where else. Very un professional.
