I was a loyal customer until recently they damaged my two favorite suit jackets. One of the blue suit jacket which I bought only a couple of months ago from Tommy Hilfiger, now has a big and long scar inside the jacket. It look likes someone cut it by using a knife. I also found a hole at the elbow on my second suit jacket from banana Republic. They refused to do any repair. I asked to talk with the owner, but the owner was never at the business. I asked for the owner name and the employees didnt want to provide to me. They admitted the jacket with a hole at the elbow, the banana Republic one, it was their fault, but the manager said the jacket was old and the elbow was thin. It was very easy to get a hole on it. My both jackets were ruined by them. the banana Republic is 200 dollars and Tommy Hilfiger is 100 dollar. I was being reasonable by not asking the full price as a replacement fee. I was wiling to work out a solution with them. However, they dont want to offer any solutions by just simply saying they cant do anything. I felt personal insulting by accusing and blaming on the damaged clothes.

We moved to McKinney a month ago and the dry clean superstore seemed like a great place to do business, but that was not the case. After just two times doing business they damaged my favorite shirt beyond repair. I asked to speak to the manager 3 separate occasions about the shirt and the manager was never at the business. I asked for the managers name and the employees were not allowed to give his name out to the public??? I was told that he would contact me about the $50 ruined shirt, that never happened. I went back to reconcile and they gave me $15 for a ruined shirt that I had for less than a year. No manager on site to speak with. Closed my account and never going back.

Was a loyal customer, but I have discontinued patronizing them due to ruining a shirt and then blaming me that I must have worn something (deoderant or cologne) that did the damage. Really!? You sure its not the harsh chemicals that you use that may have interacted with the dyes in the shirt! They claimed no responsibility what-so-ever and more or less gave a shrug when we said that we would no longer be using them. Lots of places in McKinney to choose from, what a shame that an establishment would treat their customers in this fashion. I will further be putting in a complaint with the BBB. Unless they change their tune, probably will not be in business for much longer.

I would give zero stars but that is not possible. I was a regular customer until last week. When I took a shirt back to them that they had ruined by tearing the sleeve they told me that the manager would look at it and call me. I never got a call so I went back in to talk with them. When I asked about the shirt they were very rude and disrespectful and told me that they would not help me because it had been longer than 30 days since I had the shirt cleaned. Regardless if it took me longer than 30 days to recognize they ruined my shirt they should stand behind their work. I will NEVER do business with them again.

The are rude and they are a rip off. They gave a sign outside that states 2.49 for dry cleaning. Is say absolutely nothing about 2.49 and up or for basic. I would never recommend this cleaners to anyone. No business should mislead you on prices for items there is no sign in the location that states prices so how do you supposed to know how much your total would be. He has no patient and not customer focus

Was a regular customer because work and prices were good. The last polo shirts I had dry cleaned had a rust colored stain on the upper half of the shirt. Returned to cleaners and manager suggested it was probably from sweating??? Recleaned and looked ok. This was cleaning chemical stains from a poor rinse or dirty chemicals.

I should have checked their ratings, Pathetic place, please avoid this business. I just picked up my white t-shirt which I took back, since it still had stains. I doubt they clean clothes here, they probably just iron them, please check your clothes before driving off if you have to go here but am done with them......

Been using them for years. Every type of clothing, large bed comforters. Pleasant staff and never a problem. They have gotten tough stains out and told me whenever they we unsuccessful. Most other cleaners are way to expensive for no added value.

After 6 months I no longer use them. After they ruined an article of clothing that was close to new, they took no responsibility and made no adjustments. I wasnt able to trust them with my clothes.

Employees are rude and the service is not very good. If you are looking for a good cleaners then I suggest somewhere else because this cleaners is terrible.
