Very annoyed with this company. I dropped off a couple things to get a quote for alterations, I specifically told them do not do the alterations until you call me with the quote price first and they said they should have it to me within 7 business days. 2 weeks went by and I hadnt heard anything so I called to check on the status of my clothes and they said they hadnt gotten the quotes done yet. 3 weeks went by and I called back to see what was going on and they gave me the quote for my jeans which I didnt approve or deny but said they would call me back that same day to find out about the quote for my dress. A couple more days went by so I called back and they said they had my clothes ready for pickup and I was like "what the heck, I never gave my approval to move forward with this and I specifically told them DO NOT DO IT UNTIL I APPROVE THE QUOTE." So not only am I now stuck paying for it but they also never called in the time frame they promised nor did they ever call at all for that matter. Poorly run business and I will not be using in the future.
