I had been taking my clothes to this location for over four years. Its a convenient location that has drive-through service, which is nice. As a business professional, I am dry-cleaning / laundering once a week. For the first 2-3 years, I experienced small incidents like burning buttons, but no big deal. Over the last 6-9 months, the quality of work has deteriorated. Misplaced collar buttons, melted buttons, and collars ironed in wrong place. They generally took the initiative to replace the buttons but recently sewed them on in the wrong place, creating bunching. They agreed to fix that mishap, but damaged another shirt entirely making it unwearable. As someone who has spent hundreds, if not thousands over the years at this dry cleaner, I really expected them to do the right thing. Customer loyalty should be important for any business. BOTTOM LINE: There are better dry-cleaners out there. Spend a few more bucks and have the work done right. I have moved to another dry cleaner in McKinney.

Do not use this place. They destroyed my silk shirt. This was dry clean only and clearly marked on the label. I don t know what they did, but it came back faded. The first time, I figued it wasn t too bad, but the next time I took it back, they ruined it. The red shirt looked grey. I only wore this shirt 2 times and when I asked her about it she said to contact the manufacturer. She didnt offer to replace or reimburse me for the shirt they damaged. I told her I ll take my business elsewhere and all she had to say was sorry. I used them for a long time since it was convenient, but many times when I got my cloths back there were still stains on it. They also claim that they don t guarantee cuffs and necks. I ll never go back!

I turned in a pair of pants for repair of 2 belt loops on a Wednesday and was told to come back Tuesday after 5. I get there 30 minutes after 5 oclock that Tuesday to find my repair not ready. Since my stuff was not ready at the expected date and time, i asked if they could call me. Their response was, "we dont make calls." I was asked to come the following day after 5 but instead i returned Thursday at 5 and was able to get my pants with only ONE belt loop fixed. If i could rate them with zero star; i would!

I WOULD POST ZERO STARTS IF I COULD. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE MOVING TO TX, AND WOULD HAVE CONTINUED TO GO HERE EXCEPT THEY RECENTLY RUINED SEVERAL OF MY HUSBANDS DRESS SHIRTS, AND ON TOP OF THAT, 3 SUIT JACKETS/BLAZERS WERE CLEARLY NOT CLEANED AND STILL WRINKLED AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. NOT HAPPY, AND THEY SHOULD NOT GAIN ANY BUSINESS.
