I have decades experience w/ quality cleaners. The Chungs are right up there with the best. They hand iron every starched shirt & hang shorts w/pins instead of folding over the hanger which wrinkles them. Emergency? One day I went at 10 AM, needed suit done for 2 PM funeral. They actually did it for me and they are a super, super busy outfit. Nobody is perfect, but nobody comes closer to it than the Chungs in my book.

DO NOT USE! They lost $500 worth of my laundry and screamed at me when I asked for compensation. They also stained a silk blouse of mine that had never been worn. They have terrible customer service if you have a problem and arent willing to work with you to rectify the situation. Choose another dry cleaner if you value your clothes!!!!!!

This dry cleaner ruined one of my very nice shirts and has made no effort to try to pay me back or buy me a new shirt. They claim it was my fault and refuse to do anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!

Good service but its hard to catch them in the store. And dont believe their "back in 15 minutes" sign. I waited around for 30 min and nothing.
