i had 4 pairs of pants that ended up costing me $22.00 to clean..thats outrageous. i had a top that she charged me for Jacket prices just because it had a small lining. i had a dress that needed some simple stitching on the strap that i requested be cleaned as well. I had to wait a week for this and when i went to pick it up, she had the nerve to ask me to pay for it when i realized that she had charged me for things that she did not do like clean the dress. she argued with me and did not even put my very expensive dress in a dry cleaning bag! Not to mention the shotty stitch work. I said that i was not satisfied and that i would not be back and she told me that that was fine. I told her as i walked out the door that i was disappointed that she did not care about customer satisfaction. Again she said she didnt care. Unacceptable behavior from a business that demands that much $$! There are a million other dry cleaners in the area that i am sure dont charge as much, do a better job, and care about their customers. Dont go here. I would like to see this tacky eye sore go out of business.

If there was an option to have zero star rating, thats what I would choose. I dropped my clothes off at this location on a Wedneday, and was told they would be ready the next day after 5. On Monday morning, before work, I went to pick up my clothes, one of the shirts was one I was going to wear to work. The woman told me she did not have my clothes! She told me, "well you can go look" She then pushed me to the side to help someone else, becuase her losing my clothes wasnt important to her! I had to go home and find something else to work, thus causing me to be late for work. I went back after work, and she "found them" One shirt was still missing. She made me pay full price after losing my clothes, not having them ready on time, and causing me to be late for work. I told her I was very disappointed with the business customer service and would never be back. She said fine. I suggest going some where else in Dallas that has better customer service, and where they dont yell at you.

Called at 7:30 a.m. and spoke with the lady. She said in before 9 a.m. and it would be ready by 5 p.m. Dropped off my wifes clothes at 8 a.m.. When my wife arrived at 5:30 p.m., through traffic, her clothes were not ready. She stated her shirt was not even on site that her location. Really frustrating. Now I have to take extra time out of my day due too poor customer service. I feel like she lied to me and then gave my wife some excuse about a stain being on her shirt. The shirt was practically new and there were no stains on it. I will NOT be going here again.

Great service if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The lady that works there is extremely nice. Prices are great for the service provided. Needed some alterations and a cleaning on a suit for a wedding I needed to attend. They were done quickly and on time before my best friends big day. Will definitely us this as my perminate dry cleaners going forward. Thank you so much for making everything seamless.

They got my shirts in time, and the lady wasnt rude, but the service is 3x overpriced. $6 for two shirts? I pay $.99/each two blocks up the street. I tried this place is because I live within walking distance.
