Stay away! First the owner accused my husband of picking up my jacket the day before she said she coildnt find my jacket. My husband kept telling her we dod not have the jacket! She contimied to say she gave the jacket away the day before! Then she would say we have it! She did not care that we had oir ticket or that she gave my jacket to someone else. She refused to resolve the problem. Continuing to sayy hisband took it the day before! Finally after 15 minutes of this I finally told her I will sue her. She immediately turned around and reach for a jacket on the rack behind her without looking at the tag and said "here is your jacket!" My only thought process on tjis is she tried to keep my jacket!! Stay away!!!

Ive been a loyal customer of theirs for a year now. I first came in for dry-cleaning because they were not as expensive as Comet, but upon entering the store I noticed that Angela, the owner, had tables of alteration tools and equipment. In the last year she has tailored several pants, jackets, and my wifes skirts. Dont underestimate her, she has a great sense of style, especially if you have a sample of what you want your tailored clothing to look like. Yes her English isnt perfect, but she is very kind and works quickly. This place is a hidden gem in the downtown/uptown area.
