I am so upset with this Dry Cleaning business. I only started using them 8 months ago. Three times in the first 3 months, I came home with someone elses clothes. I promptly returned them. Then in the last 3 weeks, they lost three articles of my clothing. I went in and had to show him pictures of them and he located two of the missing three and now they insist that I never dropped the third article of clothing off. I have ripped my closet apart and those very expensive pants are still missing. He says he has a camera that shows they were never dropped off. I guess they just magically disappeared!

Dont go there unless you want to get ripped off. Original ticket this person gives is wrong and the charges more when you go to pick it up. Gave benefit of doubt first time, however, this man has a habit of doing it majority of time. Choose a different shop.

These guys are the best dry cleaners in the Allen area! Ive been using them for years now. Excellent service, friendly staff, and never had an issue with my shirts. I would never take my business anywhere else!

Dont go here there wasnt any customer service. I had mine shirt dry clean here and they were lost and missing 4 buttons and the owner refused to replaced those buttons for me and stop come back here anymore.
