I have been getting my work attire dry cleaned for many years, and by far Elegance Dry Cleaners was the absolute WORST! My first visit to this establishment resulted in them losing a $100 button down shirt, and doing a very poor job on the rest of my clothes. EVERY item had large wrinkles pressed into them, showing that they pay very little attention to detail... and when I addressed the issue to them they tried to give me someone else’s shirt to replace the one they lost and also said there was nothing they could do about my poorly dry cleaned except allow them to re-do my clothing that they messed up in the first place! Also, when I asked how long it would be until they could locate my shirt, they said that they had 30 days to find it!? And that they would call me.... are you kidding? They never offered an apology, and instead of being accountable for their work they blamed the poor job on family problems and a myriad of other excuses..... If you value your clothing DO NOT USE ELEGANCE DRY CLEANING!!!!!~!

Ive had relatively ok experiences with this location- however my most recent visits were not so great: I needed to do an alteration, and I told the owner my pant size. However he told me I was not that size and suggested I was something else. After measuring me he still suggested I was a different size than I said. I had the pants altered, however they were too short. I went back the next day wearing the pants and he saw that they were indeed too short. He told me they could be fixed, but that I may be charged for it (again). I told him to call me before the alteration was made again if I was to be charged. A week passed and I received no call. I went there in person and he told me if I wanted to get them fixed, I would have to pay again at a slightly reduced rate. He told me since I asked for the wrong size, it wasnt his responsibility and I couldnt have the alteration fixed for free. The whole situation rubbed me the wrong way- especially since I had been a customer there for several years.

I have had one singular bad experience in four years with this firm - they gave me the wrong order. But they called me right away we swapped clothes, no harm done. Theyre PERC free which is excellent - so no harsh chemicals. They do buttons and that sort of thing and charge very reasonably and they will do alterations. They must measure you first. If you pick up its a bit less than if you have them deliver. The cleaners is a bit dated. The lady who owns it is brilliant. The man who is the business partner is very nice and together they have a very good business because they render excellent customer service. I recommend these people highly.

I am traveling and needed casual clothes laundered (fluff and fold) this establishment charges by the piece, tee shirts cost as a button down.

Been going for 4 years and never had a bad experience. Not as upscale as some other places but the prices as amazing!
