This place is horrible! I took new dress slacks for various alterations. When I came to pick them up the lady originally did not want me to try them on. She told me to just take them home and if something was wrong bring them back. I decided to try them on there and Im glad I did. They totally butchered my dress pants! They hemmed pants that I did not need to be hemmed and did not take in pants that needed to be taken in. When I tried to explain the mistakes to them the lady argued with me telling me that they did everything that I asked for which was not correct. She never offered to rectify the situation, only blamed me for their mistakes. I found a new tailor. I will never go back to this place again and I do not recommend anyone to use their services.

Disappointed! I specifically asked the staff to only dry clean my clothes and not to launder/wash them, even though the tag says "machine wash". Well, I really think they washed my clothes even though I paid for dry cleaning and asked for dry cleaning. My black and dark clothes came back looking dingy and worn, which never happens with dry cleaning. I have had clothes to last for decades (literally) and still look new because I only dry cleaned them. Also my clothes were not ironed properly. My pants had wrinkles at the top, and the flaps over pockets were not pressed. Nice people, but disappointing output. Use another dry cleaners if you want your clothes right and your instructions followed!

I brought a brand new Calvin Klein white dress shirt to wear at a party. I wanted to dry cleaning before I wear it. I drop the shirt and a jacket to this dry cleaners.When I came to pick up, the white shirt has blue stained everywhere, we took it back and the lady said we will wash it again and u can come back tommorow. We went back the next day,still the same. Horrible experience.

Its a dry cleaner. Best price in Garland on bedding cleaning. Little bit high on clothing. Fix thread pulls for free and pilling for free as well. Quick turn around. Forces you to use drive thru as there is only one non handicap parking spot in front. Awkward getting out of parking lot.

I dropped off a pair of khakis and a white dress shirt for pressing and startching. The pants came back ok but still some pretty good wrinkles on the top portion and it looks like they only pressed one side of the shirt...will not being using them again!

Terrible customer service. They returned dress pants back to me pressed but without being cleaned. Then when I complained about it they just wiped it down and returned them to me with damp spots. Didnt even apologize for the terrible service.
