Ive been going here for years. The lady at the counter is very nice and seems to go out of her way to make sure your clothes are done right. Ill even get back receipts and other things Ive forgotten in my pockets when I come to pick up. Great service. The previous post sounds like a scam to me. My last and current cleaners have talked about people coming in or calling during the holidays saying that someone else will drop off new clothes and they will pick it up. First person drops off, second person comes in with ticket and takes clothes. Last person, who called ahead, comes in asking for clothes by name. Since the clothes were already taken they claim no one else was sent and they get angry right away and demand money for the lost clothes. Ive called out a lady on a similar deal a while back while I was waiting for my clothes. She had no answer for me when I asked why she didnt know who her husband gave the ticket to. She told the lady that she would call her husband and left.

This Gateway Cleaners location either lost or stole three brand new Ralph Lauren Polo my mother had dropped off for me two days before Thanksgiving on her way back out of town (she lives 6 hours from Dallas). When I returned from Thanksgiving holiday to pick the shirts up, the lady who owns the place told me my mom told her she would pick the shirts up before Thanksgiving, but not return. She could not find my shirts so she took my number and told me she would call me. When she called back, she changed her story and said that she remembered my mother picking the shirts up. I then told her that my mother could not have picked the shirts up because she was 6 hours away the day she claims the shirts where picked up. I called back a couple days later and explained that there was no way my mother could have picked up the shirts and she hung up on me! Ive filed a complaint with the BBB and DO NOT recommend using their services.
