After using this cleaner for over 2 years I will never use them again. If a company makes a mistake it is okay, if they own it and make it right. These people lost $400 worth of my clothes and would not admit that it was their fault. My dress clothes leave my house in two ways; on my body or direct to the cleaners. I knew for a fact they were there and had to fight with them about it for 3 weeks. Low and behold they called this morning and had given them to another customer who thankfully returned them. No apology or nothing done by them to make it right. A simple admission of fault and effort to correct the problem would have been sufficient. Instead, denial of fault and excuses. This is a totally wrong way to run a business. If you want your clothes lost feel free to come here but trust me, this place is owned by no good money hungry people.

I have used Canyon Creek Cleaners for about 10 years. I never had a problem and never had a complaint until now. Several of my husbands white shirts came back pinky beige so I took them back to inquire about it. The only thing the owner would say was that there was "zero percent" possibility that he did anything wrong. Well, obviously not "zero percent" because I had three shirts that were now not white. He did not try and help in any way. He even suggested that I washed them myself (didnt), took them to another cleaner (didnt), or that they were never white (they were). Needless to say, I wont be using this cleaner again.

WAY TO OVERPRICED!!! I have never paid such high prices for a Dry Cleaners and the biggest complaint is that they dont have a price sheet of what they charge for what items. I mean you could ask them what they would charge for each piece of clothing you own but what an inconvenience. Will never go back!

A very good dry cleaner. I have no idea why other people were not so satisfied. I am using Canyon Creek Cleaners for a while, and everything was always done in time with a very good quality.
