TLDR: DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! I took in (6) Curtain Panels to be dry cleaned at Clean Care Cleaners on Friday, June 9th. (2) curtain panels were Linen and (4) curtain panels that were Cotton. When I picked up the curtains, the (2) Linen panels were cleaned and look great. The other (4) cotton panels, however were shrunken by 4" each; ruining the panels. I took in the (4) panels and one original curtain panel I had at home to the store and brought the issue to their attention. The front desk manager said she would speak to her manager David and get back to me about what could be done. I had to come in to the store four more times before the manager, David would make time for me and actually speak with me in person; wasting my very valuable time. David went in to a long explanation of how he is the ultimate professional and made the choice, without asking me-the customer, to wet clean and machine dry the curtains; ultimately ruining the curtains. David made the choice to wet clean them after I had asked Clean Care Cleaners to DRY CLEAN the curtains. David has the responsibility to reimburse the cost to replace the curtains and the cost of the cleaning service to the panels, since his choice to wet clean the curtains ruined them. David and I spoke for over 30 minutes debating the issue. David ultimately blamed the issue on the curtain manufacturer and just said he was sorry and it was not his fault. He continued to debate with me, speaking over me, pointing his hands in my face, and raising his voice to me. David then said to me that this was his Saturday and he didnt want to talk to me, I said that I was wasting his time. Then David walked out of the store, acting like a child, like a coward. Leaving me, the paying customer with no resolution to the issue. The treatment I received as a customer, as a human being is absolutely unheard of and unacceptable. Clean Care Cleaners is responsible for ruining the curtains and owes me the cost to replace them. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you want your belongings ruined. My clothes are so clean, I have urges not to wear them again lol. One of the best place I come regularly to dry clean. Really appreciate the customer service and people who come here too. They do a experienced excellent work, so expect a little increase in price, but here, their services CAN never be compared to any other, unless you have a butler who do your laundry for you. 5 stars from me!!!!!

Two of my dress shirts had huge gashes - both on the left arms and both just above the elbow. I had worn both the previous week at work and KNOW that they were not torn like this. They told me I had done it and still charged me for the rest of my cleaning! They are more expensive than most but I went because of the location. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THEM

I recently discovered this dry cleaners but I honestly think it is one of the best ive been too. The quality is so high. My clothes come out feeling different than any other cleaners. I can tell they pay thorough attention to each piece. Love this place, try it out
