Usually owner (Wife) is very respectful. I went in for a service today, and I didn’t agree with her price she quoted me on an alteration. I advised her I didnt agree, then she preceeded to ask me "Then why did I come there". I said well this business is in my neighborhood, which is what the business name is "Neighborhood Cleaners"...so I came to her first. And keep in mind, Ive been giving this place my business since a teenager. But after her attitude and rudeness that she displayed, Ive decided to never spend another dollar at this business. Id rather travel a little more distance and spend with someone who displays courtesy and customer service at all times. Even in disagreements of prices.
