The Manager (whichever one was wearing a grey shirt; middle aged white guy, short hair, a little heavier set than some) acted like I wasnt waiting on him for customer service. He helped out 1 person ahead of me and then acted like I wasnt there. He stood there on his phone and I had to get his attention. Has happened 3 times since Ive been in town. Sometimes the regular employees take forever to help you out too. Theyll go to the back to smoke and chat and act like there are no customers. Wouldnt waste your time here. Head to OReillys next door. They get to you faster and if your the only person there theyll have EVERYONE helping you (had 3 guys including the manager helping me on truck issues). Same prices, better service.

The manager, James, at this location was the most helpful gentleman I have ever met at an auto parts store period! He was kind and knowledgeable about all our questions. He had no hesitation in helping me figure out my issue and even helped me fix it because Im out of my home town. I had my dog with me and he made friends with him as well! Its very refreshing to come into contact with somebody so genuinely helpful. I am a VERY happy customer. Thank you, James.
