BEWARE! This mechanic is no more than a con artist. I tried to work with this guy on numerous vehicles, with very poor results over the last year, with each case getting worse, so I will never go back. There were wrong diagnosis and me paying for them. This guy laughs and says he doesnt care... thinks its a joke to spend your money! What a poor businessman! We dont need the likes of this type of mechanic in this area! I would highly recommend to everyone dont use him....you will pay one to two times for a repair, that should have been fixed the first time. First off, there are WRONG diagnosis with CHARGES and if you question him, he has a smart ass reply of "you think Im a liar?", then you find out its not the diagnosed problem as stated by him, but something else entirely. He uses poor quality parts, then when it fails he will not honor the warranty then charges again for another part and labor again... a job that should have been fixed the first time with good quality parts. Guess what.... ANOTHER CHARGE! Get the picture?

My husband and I have been searching for a trustworthy mechanic in our area. We got a good referral to come hear and were told that it was under new management. Our experience with Mr Lalo was very pleasant. Him and his staff are great to work with. What I appreciate the most is that Mr Lalo helps you find the lowest but best cost solution to the problem. He explains everything in detail which I like to. He has set the bar high in terms of service and cost. For that reason and many more he has become a busy man.

We had a major breakdown with our vehicle. We were told to it right in. Since our other car was spending several days at the dealership for repairs, they worked overtime to get our car fixed properly and back to us in record time. Very friendly and very fair pricing. And honest too!!!! Would highly recommend!!
