Excellent service! The name makes you think all they do is tires, but they actually do more. They fixed my window. The manager really did a good job getting me the best deal for a part. They did the job in a timely manner and gave me a ride home since i live down the street. They really do a good job making you feel like family here. Also that bad review about the cooper tires is about the store next to them and the person got them confused because they told me they dont even carry cooper tires. I paid for my bill ahead and they continued to give me great customer service. So I believe them. The store could use a womans touch but its a mechanic shop so its ok! Great job you guys!

This is the best family owned shop for all auto repairs. They are friendly and honest. They have been on Austin Hwy 30 years and we have been going there at least twenty. Did I say honest? I can say for certain that ART has stopped friends of mine from having to purchase unnecessary items because they got a second opinion... Another example was one of my coworkers was buying rims and tires for his Jeep and price checked with ART and they told him to buy them because it was ridiculously good deal...honest

I went there this summer needing to replace a blown tire for a 98 Saturn. Bought two and had them mounted for what it would have cost a single at any large chain (I price shop intensely). I have an older run-around and dont need the top of the line for this vehicle. Its nice to have a choice versus being forced to buy whatever the big chains are setting the pricing at.
