I waited for a while to get someone fo help me, then I told the guy what I needed and he did help. I had a spare cause my tired had ripped apart and he said he would sell me a used one for $45! Then I said I didnt have that much and said ok can go pay now for the switch. I then asked to see a $45 tire they brought me one and it looked good but then I said its still tok much and he grabbed the tire and as he walked away said on then forget it! I was sooo pissed off! How do you do that to a person that respects that job and I am a girl I have no idea how this stuff works! But yes you are mad cause you could not poke my eyes out for that price!! Very upset with that place! I give it a 0 no manners and bad customer service!

Rude and willing to take advantage of their customers needing a special lock key after mine broke and it being late knowing the stores I could pick it up at are closed figured I try them knowing those kinds of shops carry extras ..well they had one but charged over three times the price you can get them brand new and when asked why he shrugged his shoulder ignored the question and asked do you want it or not yeah ill stay going to quzmans tire shop up the street off basse where they actually care and do what they can to help the customer

Good place to go if you dont want to wait like at discount tire. The prices are higher than Discount Tire for sure, however, you wont wait 3 hours or a day or two with the BS that Discount tires can pull. So for me Id rather spend a little more and be done. In and out within 30 minutes getting a set of 4 tires mounted but I paid $20 more than I would have at discount tire.

I walked in to the main office and the lady behind the counter told me to ask for a man in the garage. When I walked to the garage the man yelled at me to talk to the lady in the office. When I walked back to the office The woman immediately made it clear she wanted me to go back to the garage so I just left. There was no customer service.

F*** this place the people are not professional what so ever & they have you running up and down telling you to come back in a hour and when you come back it just so happens they gotta run because they have something to do ....waste a time & bullshit staff !

Horrible people! Purchased brand new tires and was told they would repair of I got a nailin it and went back with a mail last week and was told they wouldnt honor theyre warrantee and was charged $10. Liars!

I go here to get my flat tires fixed,cost 10 bucks,Im in and out in 10 minutes.This place isnt fancy but I dont have time for the free flat repair at Discount Tire.
