Brought my car here to have my breaks checked on, after they had been squeeling a little. The man told me that my rotors and pads were worn down and the pads had been scratching up the rotors, causing the squeeling noise. Needless to say he recommended changing out all the pads on all four wheels, and turning the rotors on all four wheels. I left the car around 9:30am and it wasnt ready till about 5pm. Well no more than 3 months and about $600 later, I started hearing a louder, metal on metal noise coming from the breaks. Took it in to Midas and found out that the style of rotors that my car has are not supposed to be turned, and the "new" break pads (probably the least worn they could find laying around) that were put on, were actually cheap and had worn out within the 3 months of having them replaced. Had to drop another $500 at Midas (which did the break job within 3 hours) because of the terrible service that USA Auto Repair did. STAY AS FAR FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!

If I could leave a 1 star I would I went to there paint and body shop on 3330 clark ave . Paint started peeling not even a year later. They told me when I got it done it was a 5 year warranty. I told them great the work looked good when it was first done I was going to bring them my Taurus to fix thank goodness I didnt then I would have another problem on my hand. I brought back my car they said they didnt work on that side but I have my insurance showing they did and I have images. Now theyre saying we gave you a good deal like that excuse the messed up paint work. Then they said you never brought back your other car for us to do. Well I mean hell they didnt even fix my original car I brought to them. I took my car to another shop and they said it was very poor paint that came from 3 different shops. Well needless to say my lawyer will be taking care of it.

My cousins car broke down late afternoon, time when most auto shops are already closed. It was almost 7 PM, while looking for a safe parking spot to leave it overnight so we could look for a mechanic next morning, when we saw this repair shop that was about to close. We asked if he could take a look. the mechanic/owner, had already shut down the door and his family was waiting in his car to go home, yet he patiently checked the engine and tried to diagnose the possible cause. It turned out that he needed additional time, so we left the car til next morning. Next day, he tinkered with the engine and cables and found some linkage connection issues, but it didnt need part replacement. Problem fixed at no charge. Not even min labor fee! My cousin left him a tip anyway

I called USA Auto Repair from their advertisement on Craigslist to fix transmissions. I spoke to Alvin. He said he has been fixing transmissions for 20 years and it would be no problem. A few days later he said I am sorry to tell you that the car still is not fixed. He said I did my part. I put a transmission in it but it does not work. He said you still owe me for my labor. I called the owner and he told me that the car will not leave his establishment unless he is paid. I said but it is not fixed. He said he still has labor costs. He said that unless I pay him his fee. (I considered a ransom) today if not he will begin charging me storage. I paid the fee and removed my car. This has been my experience.

My car is back! I just paid off my car a month ago and wouldnt you know it... it started sputtering and coughing while i was driving down the freeway. So I took it to the dealer and let them take a look. Well about 8 hours later I called them and they said they had bad news and quoted me $4,500 in repairs. So I turned to Yelp. I looked up a mechanic in my area and My Mechanic turned up w/ 5 stars. So I took it to him. He calls me 2 days later saying that the problem was something that the dealer hadnt even noticed,he gave me a quote of $450 and said he would take care of it. My car runs GREAT! his team saved me $4,000 and I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Ive been taking my vehicles to USA AUTO for about 5yrs now. Even have recommended them to family and friends. They do great work and their prices are the best. Have had all kinds of work done here from a/c repair to brakes , even had an engine replaced. Always have gotten my vehicles back in a timely manner with no problems. Thanks USA AUTO for fixing my vehicles and saving me money.

Do not ever take your vehicle here! They had my car for 2 months to fix two items. They did nothing on my car more days than they actually worked on it. I could of had a motor built in less time!! They lied over and over stalling rather than being honest. They would promise and repromise all while I was making car payments on a car I didnt have.

My mother in law took her car here for an estimate. They quoted $560 including parts that didnt need to be replaced. I fixed her car for a $13.99 sway bar end link. They were pulling the typical screw over someone who doesnt know about cars unethical business I would not trust them.
