Let me first say that the location (San Pedro/W Cypress St) is not the nicest location nor is the building somewhere you want to hang out. BUT right across the street is Starbucks and even better just down the street is The Cove!! I was there for a standard oil change (made appt ahead of time) and I was greeted warmly and my car was taken care of within the first 10min. The main man was kind enough to inform me of repairs that I knew needed to be done (belt, valve gasket) and even provided me a quote to take with me. I was out of there in 30min, which I have to say is quicker than some JiffyLube type places.

Mr. Andrew Jr. Is a very helpful guy; I had a budget of $265 and despite some costs to fix up my car; he was able to price it exactly below my budget. Originally the cost would have been close to $300; but he helped a person in need out of a bind. Im not going to lie though; my car still has problems, it turns on now and runs great, until the engine over heats. I have a bad thermostat; or a radiator leak. Taking it in again. No 5 stars cause they missed it ;)

well, recommended. Brought my car in for a tune-up. They gave me a good price and they treated me well. In the time of the repairs they found a couple of things that were not right. It didnt take them long to repairs the extra work and the best thing about it is that they didnt charge me for it. Great price, great work ,free small repairs and great attitude. Thanks guys

Extremely unprofessional. Purchased an oil change through Groupon. The first few times I called no one answered the phone. A couple days later, phone was answered but was put on hold and, of course, then hung up on. FINALLY managed to make an appointment 24 hours in advance. When I showed up, they said they "ran out of oil" and needed to reschedule. Not even a courtesy call? Even Groupon was in disbelief over these guys. Dont recommend!

I went in the other day to receive my Groupon discount from Precision Auto Masters on San Pedro and I absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!! Everybody was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner Mr. Andrew Gomez and his son both very kind and sweet. I would and will recommend this auto shop to friends and family. Best Auto Shop Ever!!!!!! Plus clerk is very handsome just like his father.......

I found Precision on the BBB website. Because they had an A+ rating, I did not hesitate to go there when I needed. Andrew Sr. told me I had a bad noise in my car. He and Johnny took care of it right away. Andrew Jr. worked with me on the price and got me where I could feel good about the price. I highly recommend them for all your automotive services!

The cashier was sweet his father on the other hand was out of conteol. Instead of explain something he yelled at me when I asked him to lower his voice since I was not yelling he kept on. I was very embarrass and tried not to cry until I got in my car. His son apologized but I will never go there or an other location Ever!

VERY BAD! They did not have the authorization to work on my car. They yelled and cussed at me. Very unprofessional. They target people that dont have any knowledge in vehicles. I had to get a cop escort in order to get my car. PLEASE dont use this please.

My mother in law was given the run around about a part that was needed for her car. They had her car for almost a week. They told her the part was order and then they said that they couldnt find the part. I really hate how mechanics take advantage of people.

The front desk person was very friendly, as were a couple of the mechanics. However, the office is disgusting, stinky, and creepy. And, although the price was decent, the service took longer than it should have. Wouldnt recommend it.
