I started bring my 2002 BMW X5 to Alamo Auto AC a few years ago after my brother started to have his 2000 S500 Mercedes Benz repair there. They have all the dealer computer repair tools at there shop for Mercedes and BMW. This is what I have always experienced - Honesty - Very fair about the price - Fast - Excellent customer service! What more could I ask for? Car repairs are never fun, but I cringe at the thought of going anywhere else!‎ I dont buy new cars since, ecologically, I am more comfortable with driving older vehicles that have life left in them. It means I dont make car payments, which is a plus, but I do need occasional repairs and maintenance to keep them running well. I have been taking my cars to Alamo Auto AC for years since I always get honest evaluations, fair prices, and prompt service. I am glad the shop is in my neighborhood---finding a reliable mechanic simplifies life. I recommend Alamo Auto AC repair enthusiastically.‎

****BUYER BEWARE***** The representative I spoke with (John), was completely rude, didnt want to refill my a/c because he was worried about his 5,000 dollar machine. He kept brining up the fact that he didnt want to ruin his 5,000 dollar machine as if he just got it and did not know how to use it. Completely zero respect for veterans, a wounded combat veteran to be specific. ***recommend you spend the extra 20-30 bucks and take ur vehicle elsewhere***

I did not know that Alamo Auto AC was the AC division of Eurasian Auto Repair! I am so glad I called these guys! They looked at my car in the morning and by the end of the day, they had diagnosed and repaired my AC. I now have cold air blowing in my car again! I am so thankful for their help.
