I bought two used tires from this place on 11/21 for $70 and had them repair a nail in the front tire. Not even two week went by and the front tire that had been repaired went flat. I figured that these thing happen and changed to the spare. Two weeks after that the rear tire that apparently had dry rot disinigrated as I was driving down the highway. After paying for the tow back to his shop, the owner informed me that I owed him $120 for the new tires. I understand that its a little bit of a crap shoot dealing with used tires... But less than a month with minimal driving feels a little unacceptable. It would have been the right thing to do to replace them at cost or at least give a hefty discount. I ended up paying $100. Instead he decided to squeeze one last profit out of me. Hope it was worth it.

I wish there was a star for "no service." I arrived at 4:50 PM for an inspection check. The process typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. This place refused to service my car because the hours of operation are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Keep in mind the shop was empty. The individual looks at his watch and probably realizes the time. He proceeds to tell me to bring my car at 8 AM. This place did not have a valid excuse. Instead of going far and beyond to gain new customers, they dismiss us look if we are dime a dozen. I wish this place luck but Im taking my business elsewhere. Good luck to those who come across this place. P.S. Be weary of the time. Get there around 4:30 PM if you would like to get serviced.

While changing a flat tire, I decided to try out the street vendor parked right next to the tire shop. I usually dont eat from street vendors because of my phobias with cleanliness but I must say my experience with the tire shop and the street vendor was an awesome experience. I killed two birds with one stone...lol I ordered the mini taco combo which included 5 mini tacos on double corn tortillas, soda and ranchero beans for $7.50 The mini tacos were tasty a delicious. I highly recommend this street vendor on the corner of McCullough and Dewey street.

As Ive been coming here for years now, Ive grown close to the staff that work here. They work hard for what they do so I cant knock them for anything. I mainly come here to do routine stuff like oil changes and tire rotations and their prices are more than reasonably priced. Ive never had an issue with Vilches and will be coming back.

Very speedy service! Ive gotten my car worked out a few times and every time the mechanic Steve is always honest with me and gets my car done in a timely fashion. Definitely I would recommend everybody to come here
