I was incredibly disappointed by this vendor. During the planning process, Kaitlin, added things to the contract without communicating to me what she was changing, and then didnt mention it until I was smart enough to compare the new contract to the original. She was adding things that were adding hundreds of dollars to the order. This was not acceptable especially because she was not communicating these changes. Then, the wedding day comes. The food at the reception was good, except for the fact that they totally forgot our caesar salad. After being informed of this, they argued with my mom saying they werent supposed to have caesar salad. After getting the contract saying we were supposed to have caesar salad, they finally believed us. Then, they didnt have enough food to send with me and my husband with us to our hotel after we left, even though they said they would do that. After being informed of that, we were informed that they didnt do that because there were only "scrapings" left. This lead to a new problem. We had ordered food for 200, and we only had 180 people at the reception. This should have meant we had more food, but we did not. I was not happy with this place and do not recommend working with these people.

Kaitlin and the Royal Catering team are absolutely impeccable. I work for a high end dealership and we were in need of a new event planner/caterer to assist us in coordinating product launches and client appreciation events. I cannot rave enough about Kaitlin, Alan, and the entire Royal Catering team! Kaitlin recently coordinated a very large product launch for us and couldnt have made planning an event for over 300 people more effortless. Kaitlin greeted all the vendors and directed everything from the band, drapery, florist, lighting-you name it. The food was top notch and many of our clients expressed how delicious all the hors doeuvres and desserts were. Whether it be for a large event or small gathering, I highly recommend Kaitlin and Royal Catering for any and all event planning and catering needs!

Hello Kaitlin, Let me start by saying thank you and thanking Royal Catering. Ive planned many parties, but this one was oh so special. My wedding reception!! Im a perfectionist, so planning events can be overwhelming. I did my research online and found this great company Royal Catering. The conversation over the phone was very precise. We finally had the final piece we needed to have a successful event. Fast forward to the day of my event. The guys arrived before the event, we communciated well and they were able to delivery. Royal Catering is amazing! I had the pleasure of working with your company a few years back when I was the event planner for GISDs PTA Luncheon with 500 guests. When looking for caterers for our companys open house, I immediately thought of Royal. Not only was the communication prior to the event exemplary, you were able to customize my menu selection to work within my budget and keep the Texas fare I was aiming for. At the event, Royal staff was outstanding, extremely polite, and made sure platters were refilled immediately. They also created a festive and professional display in our conference room and our guests LOVED the food. Highly highly recommend!!!

The options and great price compared to other catering companies was exactly what we were looking for to have my event. Service was great from beginning to end. Very flexible in working with us as we tried to reach our initial numbers, but settled on a lessor amount as we got closer to event. Staff were professional and made our party so enjoyable knowing that we could count on efficient attendants and knowing that we did not have to pick up plates, bottles, etc. during and after the party. Over the last month, we used Royal Catering twice: for New Years Eve Party and for a staff party --- Mario worked both events and he was wonderful. Thanks for helping make our event successful.

I can always count on these with Royal Catering, even for the most high profile events. Royal Catering is awesome! Our church used them most recently for the first time to do a very big event and they were fantastic. I then decided to use them for a more personal event, a 70th birthday party. They were still awesome! They are very punctual and friendly. The presentation display was beautiful with generous portions of food and the food was delicious. Only one attendant was needed for this event and he was great. The staff attendant took care of the guests nicely as for everything that was needed. I highly recommend Royal Catering for any event.

I was looking for 3 carved watermelon fruit baskets for a last minute engagement party on my boss’s ranch, just southeast of Dallas. Royal Catering, Inc. was the fourth place I tried, and they were the most professional, punctual, and polite I encountered. The carved fruit baskets were so stunning that guests were hesitant to eat them. Since everyone assumed they were for display only, I stood beside the table awhile and encouraged guests to get their fruit noshing on. We will definitely use them again if we have another major event! Thank you Royal Catering!

Our 80th birthday dinner party was awesome - so much fun to have it catered by Royal! The food was amazing and the service was flawless. It arrived at our home exactly on time and was all set up and prepared for us to enjoy. The table setting items were perfect. My guests enjoyed everything and it was such a gift for me not to have to do a thing, except eat and enjoy! The quantity of food was very generous. Its always a pleasure when expectations are exceeded - Royal definitely exceeded mine and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Received a complimentary catered dinner from our builder after closing on our new home. The certificate advises a two week advance notice, which is certainly reasonable. When called to book, almost 4 weeks out was told that they are not accepting certificates from our builder until January. Certainly understand the holidays are busy for caterers but begin willing to accept a booking until they find out using a certificate is very poor customer service. As we frequently have catering needs we will certainly not consider using Royal.
