I love this Chic fil a . The owner/manager is the best. I have a broken wrist that I had surgery on and he offered to take my drink and food to my car. On another occasion I ordered on the app and my food went to the new store in McKinney and he took my order and didnt make me pay because I "paid for the other location". I will drive the extra mile to come to this location because the people here are hands down, the best! I wish the owner of this Chic Fil A was the one opening in Wylie .

Who doesnt love Chick-fil-A? This is a very very busy location in the morning. Being under two miles from a middle school and approximately 3 from a high school, its packed every morning. Be prepared to wait in a very long line that runs impressively fast. Ive never once been bothered by the wait. Its clean, well maintained with excellent employees. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, runs with two cashiers OUTSIDE during peak times, (renovating now for two lanes). regardless of how long line was outside, it was FAST and even if you went inside, you could not beat it! (because although the line was long they took order/payment in line so basically you drive around, get sack and leave. Customer service as it should be!

Great food and staff. Even though its always busy, they go through the line speedy quick. Only complaint is that they ALWAYS forget to give us sauce. No matter how many times we ask while ordering, 99% of the time there isnt any. Theyll even confirm it when theyre reading the order back to us.

Came in near closing time on night and was greeted with a smile. Most food places seem to have stale food near closing time. This place actually informed me that it would be a little wait as they were preparing fresh food. Its just another reason that Chic-Fil-A continues to get my business.

Quick ordering experience and wonderful hospitality for their "guests". I went in one morning when the line was extra long outside and the Hospitality Coordinator took my order. She smiled at every step and did this with each of the customers I saw her interact with. Great job!

Have always loved Chic-fil-A. This location always has fresh chicken sandwiches made to order. I would recommend going around 8:00pm when the line is not so long... this place is ALWAYS packed and the line sometimes goes around the whole building! Friendly staff and service!

Walked up with my family of six after church late at night and the workers saw us pull into the parking lot and decided to run and lock the door in our faces. There was still a large group of people inside eating. It was very rude so I wont be returning to this chick fil a.

The line is always very long and sometime wraps around the building. However, it takes less time to get your food than if I was at any other fast food that had only a few cars in line. They are super fast and efficient. Never had a problem with an order as of yet.

This location always seems crowded, unless you go at the end of the evening. They do a lot of fundraiser events with schools which is great, but dont waste your time if you are wanting a quick bite. Despite the crowd, they do manage to keep it clean and orderly.

Superb customer service always a warm smile on their faces and ending the conversation with "my pleasure". They dont let the line around the entire building stop them from giving one of the best customer service experiences Ive had at a fast food restaurant.

Food great Only problem is waiting in long long lines when you do not have time. Location @ Ridge & Eldorado, very short distance from my way home. Hope they find a solution to this SERIOUS PROBLEM SOON. I truly love the food, as do my entire family.

The restaurant is fine. There were way too many people and kids in the play area without supervision. No parking was available so people were parking in the Target parking lot and having to walk over. At 1:30 on a Saturday is not the time to come.

1 packet of mayo for multiple chicken biscuits? really? make sure to tell them not to cheat you on condiments cuz they definitely will. Went back, specifically asked for three packets of mayonnaise was reassured and was given no packets at all.

Not all Chick-fil-As are created equal. This one is the best that Ive been to, with great friendly service and an extensive selection of extra condiments. The Purell hand wipes are perfect before/after a meal of nuggets or strips.

What can I say, its a Chick-fil-A! Staff is quite courteous. The food is always great. At the drive-through, if the line gets long, someone comes out and takes your order, so your wait time is reduced - service with a smile.
