***PLEASE READ***I ordered delivery at this location by phone and I waited for my order to arrive. After an hour(estimated time), I called to check the status and was informed that no one took my order. I was terrified because I had given someone my credit card information by phone. I asked to speak to the manager which said the same thing. He asked his staff about my order, and found the guy who took my order. The guy took my order and did not put it in. The managers name on duty was Chris. He told me there was nothing he could do because all the drivers went home. Im so upset because I wasted my time waiting for food that would never arrive and was not offered any kind of resolution. I would have at least taken an apology which is something I cannot eat! However I know people are human and forget but at least admit that one of your staff members did not do what they were supposed to. I will never and I repeat NEVER order here again. I will tell everyone I know never to order from this place ever again and thats a lot of people! The food is good but if the service is horrible you wont see me again! ****update***4/9/2016 I still will not respond. Ive sent an email over a month ago and received no response. No one is truly sincere.

Ive been eating at Cowboy Chicken since back when it was located on Shady Brook Ln. I used to love it. The recent decision to take the spanish rice and black beans off the menu for the stated reason that they are slower-selling than other sides has basically ruined this place for me. Slow selling or not, this decision was dumb. You cant eat the enchiladas with creamed spinach, black eyed peas, corn fritters, sweet potatoes or french fries. Im out until they put the black beans and rice back on the menu and otherwise agree not to try to fix something that hasnt been broken for over thirty years.

They made a mistake on our order... twice. Management was not apologetic. They didnt even say a word to us when they brought the correct order. Cashier never greeted us or asked to take our order either. Just stood there. They handed the final corrected plate to us with chicken hanging off the side touching his hand and table. One peice was just skin on top of a bone. Sides were stale and cold. It was very disappointing, but staff and management dont seem to care, so I wont care to bring my business back.

So consistently tasty and a great family value - there is not a thing wrong with that chicken and have you tried the enchiladas? No waiters needed, thank you - I am once a week drawn to this counter-service place with meals in the $5-7 range. The sides are also excellent - you can go decadent like the potatoes and cheesy spinach, or go quite healthy with the squash and sweet potatoes - fresh and good enough to feed to the toddler!

Theyre really good, the flavor of the chicken is perfection. I just wished parking was a bit better, theyre inside of a strip mall kind of deal where there are other shops/restaurants and etc. But I guess you could park in the back and would just have to walk a little bit. We order from them all the time for the office and love the fact that they deliver. The black eyes peas are good and the tacos are different but very good.

The menu is actually fairly diverse for a chicken place, but I was a little let down on overall flavor. I ordered the half chicken platter and the white meat was super dry. The skin was seasoned well, and the dark meat was good, but I was hoping for more overall. As the sides go, the green beans were awesome, but the campfire vegetables were gross. Staff seemed to be in a rush to get us out too.

Went in to order take out, place was decent but workers were filthy looking, wasnt sure if the food would be okay. I ordered anyways, with failing to yield, overlooking the red flags, and ended up really sick for 24 hrs, to be honest, 4 days later I am still recovering. It was probably the chicken or the peach cobbler, but im leaning more toward the peach cobbler....:(

The food here is consistantly amazing, and the customer service is over the top. I reccomend them for everything from a quick lunch to catering. They cater and deliver almost anywhere for no extra charge! I have them cater about 2 times a week and they are always on time, with the right order, and the driver sets everything up!

I had the rotisserie chicken breast and wing combo with their mac & cheese and corn fritters. The chicken breast was great, but the wing hardly had meat on it and what meat it did have was tough like jerky. The mac & cheese had an odd sour taste too it, but I loved the corn fritters. They were crisp and sweet.

First time here and Im wondering how I just found this place. Wow, it was fantastic. I had the Laredo with fries and my wife had the quarter chicken with creamed spinach and Mac n cheese. I sampled them all and all were great. Super friendly staff and clean restaurant and restroom.

I used to eat this all the time, still stop by when Im in the area because I love the chicken so much. The creamed spinach is amazing also, I try to replicate it for Thanksgiving now and my family loves it but its never as good as the one here.

Highly recommend coming here ! Sides are delicious!! I just tried their Sour Cream chicken Enchiladas and it is going on my favorites list!! You havent been to cowboy chicken differently try it ! They also have great healthy options!

They gave me an extra half a chicken for free. Chicken is well seasoned. Sides which I had were beans & fries. Had a bite of cream spinach and peach cobbler. All great looking forward to returning.

My friend and I casually walked in for dinner. We both paid roughly about $7.50 for a very small portion. On top of that, the chicken was luke warm, at best. We walked out very unsatisfied.

The BEST chicken enchiladas I have ever had. I dont know what they put in the sauce, but its amazing. I dont even like chicken. The fried okra is also pretty amazing.

This a great place with an interesting business plan. Wood Fire rotisserie chicken and excellent sides. Their teas are also excellent.

I love me some chicken and this place is dam bomb diggity! Beats going to any larger chain of chicken places. Flavor is the best.
