One weekend, I just felt soo sick and couldnt even think about consuming anything but Paneras Baked Potato Soup! Id never tried it in a bread bowl, so I wanted to make sure I ordered it that way this time. I contacted a Panera Bread closer to me than this location but theyd run out of bread bowls - this was sometime in the early afternoon. So I called this location. The manager answered and took my order. In just general conversation, I was telling her that I called another location but theyd run out of bread bowls and I wanted to make sure they were in stock. When I went to pick up my order, she (I really wish I remembered her name!) said she couldnt believe the other location didnt offer any type of consolation for not having bread bowls in stock when I called. She gave me my order for FREE! I was so not expecting that! A+ for great customer service, A for great Baked Potato Soup :)

Terrible customer service! I ordered through the application but my order was not ready. I waited patiently because they were busy, then decided to ask the lady checking orders (is more 20 minutes after my pickup time) she says oh were out of your bagel, please tell the front what new bagel you want. Most other locations put the taped receipt and tell you to see whomever, but now I have to wait in the long line. The cashier is confused as to why Im ordering up there, she cannot toast my bagel, the manager finally comes out hands me my bagel and send annoyed that i asked him for the spread that I ordered online. There are too many other locations for me to visit this location again.

Came back again after a long absence to enjoy a flatbread sandwich. Busy Saturday for lunch October 2014. Prompt service even with the crowd. WiFi connection was very good today. UPDATE Jul 2016. Return visit and added another star. Very busy on weekday and lucky to find a table. Lots of customers. Still fast service. Summer corn chowder was very good, get again some day. We enjoyed the flat bread sandwiches. Staff very busy cleaning tables, taking orders getting food out. Worth another visit.

Awful customer service. I placed an online order through the app. After getting home, we realized that they left out part of the order, and when we called, they suggested that we use Door Dash to deliver the rest of the order but would not cover the delivery charge!! We have been here many times and this is disappointing. Very unprofessional. A place like this lacks appreciation for their customers.

Hit or miss service and food. Sometimes Ill come there and the restaurant will be well kept, but if you show up after 6, the place is a disaster and they dont have half the bread items they normally do. Last time I went, it smelled like burned soup and garbage to the point that I tried to eat outside, but the food was awful too. Ive tried emailing corporate about it too, but they dont seem to care.

Love Panera Bread, in particular this location though 5 miles drive for me. Quiet mornings. Lovely place with very fridendly waitstaff, sunshine flowing in, and bottomless cup of Joe. The only problems I ever have are getting a bagel double-toasted and saying no cream cheese and getting it. Yes, its extra, but still I ask not to get it. Oh well, otherwise a great place.

Real food, polite service, gluten-free options. I have Celiac disease and have never had issues with any of the Paneras across the metroplex, they mark the allergy in my order and the kitchen staff pays attention. Today I had the Green Goddess Cobb salad with Chicken and an apple and a triple chocolate walnut cookie, because its gluten-free and baked in a conscious kitchen.

Just ordered lunch for the office, Mediterranean Veggie was extremely disappointing. Two thin tomato slices, three thin cucumbers, a few crumbles of feta, a thin swipe of indiscernible hummus, three tiny little pimentos? lots of red onion, all on two inches of fluffy bread. May as well have ordered a loaf of bread and a salad.. Value for the money is extremely negative!!!

This is a nice Panera for a quick meal when meeting friends or business colleagues. Service is quicker now that self-service ordering kiosks have been installed in addition to registers manned by cashiers. During lunch hours of 11 to 2, it is often crowded and noisy though. Plenty of parking out front even during peak times. Easy access from Park and Preston.

Each time I visit - great customer service, and more than that consistency with food preparation and cooking. Of note their Baked Egg Soufflés are little excellent! And their bagels are of high quality and remarkably low price. I take to go, but the ambience is perfect to get work done, with free Wi-Fi.

Its Panera. Theyre all pretty much the same and theyre all pretty generic. Foods not bad, but its overpriced for what you get. I remember when the food used to be more reasonably priced. Well, well see what happens now that theyve been bought out & are going private.

This location is not large order friendly. Said they didnt have enough ingredients. I love panera but it makes me sad this location would lie and say they couldnt do a large order. If we had all separately gone in Im sure they would of had enough ingredients

I love Panera! They should open a Panera Bread in Lehi, Utah. If the opened a store in Lehi I would eat there every week. The service here was awesome. Food was great. Service was fast.

This food warmed me up from the inside(except for the drinks). The broccoli cheddar soup, tomato cream soup, and Mac and cheese were superb. Keep up the good work

Very bad quality on the Asiago Steak sandwich. The meat was all in little clumpes and not spread out. And they were too peppery. All 4 were the same bad quality.

The staff is alittle off but not all of them. Some are very friendly. I had their baked potato soup today and it was fantastic. The food is always great here.

Best bagels in town! My daughter only eats them from here. When you toast them they are so fresh that the outer surface bubbles up. YUM

Food quality is remarkably lower than other Paneras (freshness and taste) and the qty is also lesser. Disappointed
