Ive visited both the Ridge Rd. and the Mansions location in the past year. First visit was to the Ridge Rd. location. I didnt know until after I arrived that they didnt have a sauna or whirlpool at that location, so for the price I felt a little let down. Ive never been to a spa that didnt have these amenities...? The staff was friendly and professional and the massage therapist did a great job. For my next visit, I booked at the Mansions location and arrived 30 min. early to take advantage of the sauna and whirlpool. However, to get from the womens locker room to the whirlpool/sauna, you have to traipse through the gym where everyone is working out, which is a little unnerving. Additionally, the masseuse was 20 min late getting me for my appointment. The receptionist claimed she sent her to whirlpool, but that DOESNT take 20 min! No apologies were given by the receptionist who came to find me (I was sitting in the waiting lounge area with other waiting clients) or the masseuse. The masseuse herself was great- perfect pressure and technique, but she stopped at 70 min- when I paid for a 90 min massage. When I left, again, no apologies were given. I left disappointed as this was a treat to myself for my daughter starting back to school. After relaying my experience to some of my other mommy friends who have been in Rockwall longer, I discovered several of them have had similar experiences. Next time I will take my business elsewhere...

Candace is amazing! I recently had my hair cut from a picture that I saw and she did an incredible job of copying that photo. She also colored it for me and the color is spot on! I called to make the appointment and they were able to find room for me right away. Being my first time there, I have to say that I wasnt too impressed when I had to wait in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes past my appointment time, but there is plenty to look at and I think it was a fluke and not a regular practice. The staff is welcoming and kind and I felt like I had been going there for years. I highly recommend Candace as a stylist to anyone looking. .....and the scalp massages with the shampoos.....They asked if I wanted a blanket, but I would have fallen asleep for sure. Super relaxing! Definitely worth it.

Went in to get a reverse ombre and to remove the green/blue dye I had done as a peekaboo. And get a cut. Mind you my hair was dark brown. I know its not super easy however I got charges 50 dollars for a one inch trim.. Im talking barley any hair off... and after washing my hair it has a super red/yellow/ light brown tint to it... and there is a separation line between all the colors... all in all I hate it. Spent $$355 dollars!! and 3 hours of my life. To pretty much still look the same. And theres still a tiny bit of green in my hair.... I was hoping for more of a dirty blonde like we discussed.... now the atmosphere was amazing and my hair felt wicked soft but still Im really sad I spent that much and Im not going to look stunning for my 21st bday:(

Belfiore is a friendly and a go gether salon, I have a quick fifteen minute haircut for $40 and she told me it would be $50 if she blow dried it and I literally went into the bathroom and braided my hair and walked out of the store.(way to much money for a haircut) The lady insisted all these products I should use for my "damaged" hair. All of the same products that I could of bought at my local tj maxx. I was curious about the laser hair removel of my upper lip and she promised me the pain was like a small pinch. After the hair cut she offered me information on all the laser hair removals they do and so on.. When I walked into the store I found it a bit sketchy that there were only two women working on a Saturday. But maybe thats just me?

I walked in the door yesterday with a head full of over processed extremely blonde hair. It was at 11:00 and I was just dropping in because I need to find a good hair stylist in Rockwall/Heath. I was not expecting to get in that day, but I asked for someone who does good blonde and not only is Nicole good, she had an opening at 1:00pm that same day! She fixed all of my hair challenges and set me up with new product to further condition my beat down hair. I left with product and service coupons and a lovely head of hair. I always wondered why the parking lot is always packed at this establishment. Now I understand why. You are awesome Nicole!!

Had to post a review because I Love this place! Im a business owner and I know how important reviews are when owning a business, so read up if youre debating on coming here or not. From their hair stylists, to massages (Beth is awesome), and eyelash extensions/facials, this is the place to go! Im a regular and get my eyelash extensions and facials done biweekly with Camille and she is AWESOME! Its tough to find someone who really knows the ins and outs about lashes and Im glad I finally found someone who knows what their doing!!! So all you lash girls, come here and see Camille and if you need a massage, Beth is your girl.

Belfiore is an excellent spa! From the time you walk in the door until you walk out the door the staff is very friendly, positive and caring. They make sure your experience there will be great, and it ALWAYS is! I usually get an hour full body massage, or a facial. I have never had a negative experience with any of the Massage Therapist they are all fantastic. Same goes for the facial, always a great experience. If you havent tried any of their services I recommend you do so soon. I always feel like a new woman when I leave.

I tried this salon twice for just a basic haircut- 2 different stylists and I felt disappointed both times. I ended up paying $65 for the stylist to cut off 1.5 inches and barely seem interested in blowing drying/styling my hair after the cut. I asked for some angling in the front and it wasnt even. Im used to more "upscale" salons which I pay the same amount for and leave completely satisfied because the stylist takes the time to make you feel like your hair had a makeover. I would not go back to Belfiore salon.

So I read the bad reviews and they unfortunately persuaded me from going to Belfiore for over a year. However I finally decided to give them a try and had an AMAZING experience!!! Hayley Kerby did my waxing and was so friendly professional and the Brazilian was almost pain free. Melony Rowan cut my hair and was just so friendly and down to earth. She curled my hair and I left feeling like a million dollars and not the at home mother of four I am. Thank you!

I just had a basic shampoo and style with Tiffany. She was amazing! Everyone I talked to here was very friendly and professional. I got compliments on my hair all night, it looked great! I already have my next appointment booked and plan on going back to check out their other services as well. EDIT: I have become a regular here for over a year now! I love this place! My hair always turns out amazing no matter what I get done.
