Every once in a while I drive all the way from Dallas to Terrell to spend time with my niece and my sister. They are leaving for a trip tomorrow so I thought it would be nice to spend time together getting our nails done. Mind you, we went on a Saturday so I expected to wait a little bit but definitely not more than an hour. We spent at least an hour in actual pedicure chairs and still not receiving service. After a little while, we thought it cant be much longer since we have moved from the reception seating to an actual service chair. So not true. We sat, enjoying each others company without receiving services for a while longer. Once we checked the time, we realized we were not soaking, no one was working on us, we had not been offered a beverage and we started watching new guests receive the same service we were waiting for when we were clearly there first. Still not offended, we decided to leave. Here is where we drew the line. We get all the way to our cars only to have one of the staff members run us down in the parking lot and tell us we were next. After much debate, we go back in only to wait for pedicures again. By this point anger has set in. My sister and I decided not to get our pedicures but really wanted my niece to get her nails done since she will be traveling in the morning. While we waited for her service to finish, we were still not offered any concession or explanation for the earlier or recent wait but repeatedly asked why we decided not to receive pedicures. When we explained why, there was still no apology or explanation offered. However, they did charge the full price for my nieces nails; no discount to ensure repeat business. Just bad business and bad costumer service all the way around. My sister loves a good deal and good work but I love good customer service. I work in the spa industry so I can appreciate the effort that goes into delivering excellent results and excellent customer service. Since I feel like we received none of the above, I definitely will not be making that 40 minute drive to give them my money ever again. Terrell might be small compared to Dallas but Beautiful Nails & Spa is not the only service provider in town.

Awful, what a waste of $$$$. I picked out my pedi, the man said ok and when I checked out, the lady that did my manicure said my pedi was $35 instead of the $28 pedi I picked out. I told her, no - I picked out the $28... looked at the man and he nodded, yes - she still said - "no" $35..... so, ok - I let her have her way and did not leave as much of a tip as I would have. But they dont have to worry about me ever coming back, or any of my friends........ if they post prices , they should honor those prices and not jack up the price upon check out. So unprofessional. (and the mani/pedi were AWFUL!!!)

I came back to this Nail Salon today & Holly did my nails. I had to take the time to do this review because I was amazed of how GREAT she was! Great customer service and her work was fascinating! She was fast but yet very detailed and her finish was beautifully done! Im not sure if this place has new ownership but I did see that they upgraded a lot of things and I glanced at a lady that was doing her Pedi and it was very different than what it used to be! Im excited to come back & do my Pedi!! Highly recommend!!!

I love this nail salon!!!! I live in Forney but I drive 20 minutes to this salon because I absolutely love it. Even with high gas prices I still make my way here. They do an excellent job on your nails and they are always so friendly. I have tried to go to other nail salons closer to my home but none of them even compare. Even after I have gone without a fill for 3 weeks I still get compliments on my nails. Their pedicures are awesome. This is a great nail salon and I recommend that everyone give it a try.

I asked for ballerina nails and make them thick the man that was doing my nails acted like he knows what hes doing so he over coated the nail polishes and over coated the matte, so I was waiting under UV lights for almost 10 minutes then he sprayed dry nails fast on me so he said OK your done so I left the building and my nail polish wasnt dried, it was crooked some acrylics thick and thin, NEVER WILL ILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! PERFECT NAILS AND SPA IS BETTER

One of the worst shellac polish changes Ive gotten in my life. I wish I could post a picture. I shouldve stuck with the chipped polish I had before because it looked better than it does now. Layers of the shellac are peeling up on my thumb. Ive never seen anything like that happen and Ive gotten my nails done for years in hundreds of different cities.

Well when I got there is asked for Solar nails which I have never had and wanted to try, instead they gave me acrylic! Then I got a pedi also it was OK, but I asked for French tips, solar also (pink and white) I got white polished tips and clear Polish, which by the time I got home one of the tips of the toes polished was off, $75 Not happy!

Ive never paid so much for such and ugly mani/pedi. I literally had to come home and finish clipping my toenails and repaint them because it was so think and gooey. My gel nails are so mediocre Im ashamed theyll last so long. $60 later Im home and feel like crap because I wasted my time and money here.

$25 for a full set dont make no since , normal is $15 or $18 , but $25 I will not.
