I took my sister here as a gift for being my Maid of Honor. I got her a $135 gift card for a 50 minute wellness massage, which actually ended up being a 30 minute massage. We both walked in at the same time for our massages, but she was done about 20 minutes before me and mine ran exactly 50 minutes. I asked the receptionist and she even agreed that Lauren (sister) was waiting for a good while before I was done, and apologized for the short time and said the massage therapist had more appointments. Lauren had already given the $135 gift card to the receptionist before I had a chance to ask about what happened. I feel like this was a huge waste of money and a total ripoff. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable paying for a 30 minute massage, when it was supposed to be 50 minutes. She said it was too late to compensate us, and she could give me a discount on my next visit, but that was the best she could do. Why would I want to come back? I then asked to speak to a manager, which there was not one there at the spa, and then she could not get a hold of anyone on the phone either. She finally got a hold of someone through the computer? Poor customer service on the management part. After all that, I was given 20 dollars off of my massage that day, but that was the best they could do. Although I really enjoyed my prenatal massage, I would not come back here due to the poor customer service. I typically go to V-Spa at Hilton Anatole (highly recommend), but wanted to try somewhere new with my sister, when I should have just stuck to my normal go-to spot.

I absolutely love this place. I got a gift certificate for my birthday to go here, and Ive kept coming back since! First of all, the atmosphere there is wonderful. You instantly feel relaxed the minute you walk in, welcomed by the registrars and offered refreshing spa water while you wait. They even have a relaxation room with comfy chairs and soothing music for you to relax in before or between services. I get regular Signature Wellness massages from Pamela Lux, and she is the absolute best! She knows my body and works certain places accordingly. She applies just the right amount of pressure to help loosen my constantly tight muscles. Plus, we always have a great time catching up! For anyone who wants a massage therapist who knows what shes doing and is also passionate about it, choose Pamela! I have never had a bad experience at Riviera Spa, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a regular place to get massages or facials. I look forward to going here every chance I get!

Excellent deep tissue massage with LisaMarie. She is very professional, and provides the most relaxing and comfortable experience. She is great at what she does, checks in with you frequently to ensure youre comfortable, and is very intuitive when it comes to deciding what pressure or technique would work best for each situation. I would highly recommend LisaMarie to anyone looking for a personalized massage. The Spa itself is beautiful. Great front desk staff. Everyone is focused on making sure your experience is relaxing and pleasant.

WOW! This place has excellent service, I had a deep tissue massage that was the best I ever had. I highly recommend Michelle , she was very thorough and experienced in getting the pain that I had in my lower back to dissipate. I have recommend her to a close friend of mine and we both agree that is the best therapist we have ever had. So if you are looking to go to a nice spa in Dallas I would say try Riviera and ask for Michelle.

My favorite spa in Dallas! Michelle and Trisha in the nail area are so great. I always get great service and love my mani-pedi me time there. If you need a massage, Nickm has put together a great team of masseurs. No matter if you are an athlete needing some relief for your tired body or you just need to relax, the team at Riviera spa will take excellent care of you!

The WORST manicure ever. It took weeks for my cuticles to recover from the hatchet job I received there. My fingernails were uneven and I found salt scrub between my fingers on the way home. I called to complain but the manager was not there. I was told she would call me the next day and she never did. I will never walk foot into that spa again.

Great place to relax and unwind a bit! Ive become something of a regular and am always impressed with the friendliness and professional conduct of the staff. Ive had massages from three different therapists there and theyve all been excellent! A+ would recommend to friends :) Ask for Michelle, Ayako, or Nickm.

Awesome spa!!! Spent all day with the spa escape package, which included a facial, hot stone massage, mani/pedi, shampoo and style. Everything completely surpassed my expectations. The facial, mani/ pedi, and massage were great. The best was Becky finishing with my shampoo and style!

Husband and I went for a couples massage, everyone was fantastic! The front desk staff were quick to get to us and very welcoming offering drinks, and the massages were amazing, Scott and Jamie were both awesome at what they do, walked in aching walked out relaxed and painfree!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Riveira spa. It is conveniently located in Uptown, offering a luxurious, yet unpretentious spa experience. Beautiful spa, genuine and friendly service, and very professional and skilled massage therapists - a true gem!

If you are looking for a smaller spa atmosphere with great messages and facials, this is the place. New owners have made a lot of good changes including longer hours on certain nights and Sunday hours. Great customer service and easy location!

The service was acceptable.I have had much better for the price. I would not go again for the price. The attendant wasnt very friendly. She never told me her name. Spa location was great. Atmosphere was great. Price ??????

This Spa is beyonde unprofessional the manager Melissa is the most rude, condensing person, she talks down to clients and staff and continually has a bad attitude. I would Not recommend going to this Spa.

As far as pedicure, you can get a lot more for your money at an Asian place, 2 min massage, callos treatment is so weak, Im a runner so this doesnt do anything for me, wished I waited for my regular guy

Got my fiance an 80 minute Swedish massage w/ Michelle for fathers day & he was so pleased! He said it was the best massage he had ever had. I cant wait to get a prenatal massage for myself now. :)

My favorite massage therapist is Pamela Lux. She has great pressure, and understands what I need as a yoga instructor. The spa is clean and nice, when I first walk in, it smells so good!

Serene, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings at an affordable price. Had an organic facial by Lauren. Wonderful results. I plan to make this spa a "must" indulgence.
