Pedicure was wonderful but the lady who did my manicure used a nail file to get my previous polish off. She scraped and squeezed my nails really hard and even scraped the skin off on several of my nails. It was the most painful manicure I have ever gotten. When I pointed out how she scraped my skin off, which looked just like fresh scraped skin, she proceeded to argue with me telling me how it was already there.Im not a very persistent person and as she continued to argue with me I kept saying its okay, its fine. She brought it up several times throughout the manicure too. She asked me to pay before she started the polish and the rest of the manicure process, so I felt pressured to tip well so she wouldnt completely mess up everything on purpose. In the end my nails looked nice (except the skin missing) and the lady doing my pedicure was wonderful. I wont be returning though.

The place itself looks great and is very well kept. My pedicure was nice, but the quality of my French tip manicure was sub par. My nail tech didnt clear out my cuticles, just started applying the nails. I noticed she was having trouble finding the right size for one of my middle fingers, and I think she settled on one that was just too big. There are bubbles all under the acrylic coating, which I didnt notice at the time because I got them done in the evening. My right middle fingers nail is wider and longer than the rest. She rounded them out so much near the skin that it looks like my nails are days old when theyre really only 15 hrs old. Also my nails were soar hours later. Would not recommend a manicure.

Worst ever Have been going there for years and stopped The owner and her technicians will make fun of you in their language when you tell them to fix something I may not have understood what they were saying, but it was pretty obvious and embarassing The extra massage I paid for always seemed to be done with a great lack of enthusiasm by their staff so kind of a waste of money Will not recommend this place I gave them plenty of chance but finally had enough

Paid for a hot stone massage and pedicure. While my friend got an amazing treatment, my lady was on her phone several times and did a light rub with one hand, hardly a massage. She used the stones twice for about 2 seconds each on my neck with a light rub again and never used the stones on my legs. Another phone call and suddenly my massage was over. Then when I didnt give a tip, I got a dirty look. Very frustrating experience.

Best salon experience Ive ever had! The woman who did my pedicure and shoulder/neck massage did everything wonderfully. Some people at other salons do pedicures very rough or dont apply the polish properly, but my experience at zen was 100% perfect. The wine was chilled and delicious, the entire place was clean and it was a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!!

I have been there once and it was wonderful!!! The hot pack they bring and put on your shoulders stay hot for a long time and is relaxing. But today, I have been trying to make an appointment and called 13 times and their line has been busy......then when I finally got through, there was nobody on the other end.......... very frustrating.
