DO NOT do business with this location. My wife and I were frequent guests of this location however this has all come to a STOP! On July 19 I spoke with the manager Kristin after speaking with a sales associate about a call my wife received on the 18th stating that her card was being charged for a no-call, no-show. We quickly disputed this charge because the last time we were there was over six months ago and did not book a reservation. To make matters worse the sales rep states that she verbally spoke with my wife and confirmed at 1:13pm on yesterday, this is not true. Kristin states that when my wife made the reservation that she used her credit card and that no cards are left on file, this again is not true. From speaking with another Massage Envy it has been confirmed that the last CC used is ALWAYS left on file for the convenience of the consumer.... The treatment of being told that booked a service and that you are lying about a dispute is not customer service. To make matters even worse Steven who works there is such a nice guy, but his team are not like him. If you choose to patron this location be aware mysterious charges will appear on your card. Luckily for me I have fraud protection and the CC company will investigate and demand proof of purchase. Advice for Massage Envy, ensure that no one else is making the reservation and be sure that the correct person is making the reservation.. Never coming back and will tell others not to patron!

I have only been going for 3 months and have had Kayla as my massage therapist each time and will continue to ask for Kayla. While i love a relaxing massage and first requested that, Kayla asked about my problem areas and pain issues with my neck, hip and shoulder. She suggested a more intensive massage to work those areas. While some of it was uncomfortable, my pain has decreased significantly and I am so pleased. Sometimes the professionals know what we need more than we do. I am so thankful to have less pain.

I visited the Rowlett location today. The experience was not good. The therapist was just putting on lotion and rubbing. I paid for the sugar scrub for my feet. I got a better foot scrub from the nail salon. I felt worse when I left than when I came in. I just wanted to relax.This location is not a place I would visit on a regular bases. Their staff really needs help. They cannot do business with unhappy clients. I WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN I LEFT THERE!!!

I have been going to this location for about 5 years now. Ruth is my favorite therapist and the only complaint I have is she is so good, she is always booked. I have seen other and greatly appreciate their abilities, however I prefer Ruth. The front staff is always personal and remembers me and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. The therapist listen and treat me like a vip. I have met the owner and I really like him as well.

Just Skip going to this location of massage envy. they dont handle there paperwork correctly. its a scam, my year came up and I was ready to cancel. It took 5 seperate phone calls for them to send me the required paperwork to cancel. they neglect to tell you that once your year is up they will still charge you on a month to month basis even if the hang up for cancelation is due to there lack of management.

Worst massage ever. I went here because I was given two gift cards for my birthday. I requested a swedish massage. Instead of giving me what I asked for she gives me deep tissue instead. I really hated the pressure sales pitch at the end of the session. This is where they try to sale you on their 12 month contract. Then when you say no they just keep pressuring you. Very bad.

Front staff is very friendly. Most therapists are very good and focus on the areas requested. They usually have openings within the hour that I call during the week and try to match me with a therapist that is comparable to my needs. The only thing I dislike is that you have to sign a contract. Their services are good enough to not have to tie people down with a contract.

absolutely horrible. DO NOT sign up for a membership. they will completely screw you over. CANCEL your membership and then tell you that all the massages left over that you DID pay for -- that you cant even use them anymore. absolutely horrible. pissed me off !!!!!!!

Ive been a member here for 6 years. In all that time, once, someone dropped the ball and did not put my session in the system. Other than that, everything always runs smoothly here. The staff is polite and the massages are great with the right therapist.
