I have never done a review of a place before. I wish the site had some reviews I could have read before I spent money through Groupon. The two people who work here are nice and polite. I have never seen anyone else besides the lady at the counter and the tech who does the treatments.The site seems misleading. I have been going for hair removal for under arms, I purchased total of six treatments. I have had four treatments so far. There is no cool shot of air before the laser hits your skin. It is very painful in my opinion, I do not look forward to going at all. The goggles are dirty as stated in the other review so I just wear my sunglasses. My results I am not sure about yet, sometimes I only have to shave once for a four weeks time frame and other times I have hair growth just a few days after my treatment. I only have two left and will update this site with my final results. I have been to other Medspas and its like night and day compared to here. Since my purchase I have seen other Medspas offer laser hair removal at the same price on Groupon. If I had to do it again I would have gone somewhere else. I am putting this up for other people to know more about what to expect from here and maybe save you from putting your money into this spa.

Everything was filthy. Not only did it have a rank smell, the carpet is stained, they have dirty mops next to sinks. Their equipment doesnt get sanitized. The lady (who doesnt even speak hardly any english) puts these nasty, greasy goggles on you with crap from other people on them, the table is dirty and after she lasers your bikini line she walks around touching other things. Theres no numbing cream or washing cleansers. I only went back cause I had a groupon, then I moved and she wouldnt return the money for the treatments I didnt get. Disgusting, I took a shower every time I left that place cause I felt like hepatitis was all over. The people are nice if they speak english and thats the only positive I found. I seriously dont know how they are in businesses, there has to be a dozen sanitation regulations they are not maintaining. This is the first complaint I have ever made in my life cause I felt that it was that necessary.

I have been here before for leg/arm/underarm hair removal for maybe about 6 or 8 treatments before and I have gotten great outcome. The staff is so kind,sweet, and provide great care.
